For the most part, the staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. One of them was excellent--Alex. He offered recommendations and provided assistance when requested. He was especially helpful when I had a significant problem. I left my purse in a taxi and he called the taxi company on my behalf. I was very impressed with the service he gave us throughout our stay. I wish all staff at hotels could be like Alex!! Breakfast was very good. Many choices and the food was fresh.

Everything, genuinely great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Ideal location to get around Palma Nova which had loads of great bars and cafes. Breakfast great, staff lovely, definitely go back. Soon hopefully.

Real bargain!
The location is perfect, very close to the beach. You will find all sorts of restaurants and cafes in the area.
The staff is very friendly.
Our flight was at night, so the 24/7 reception was what I was looking for.
The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people. The beds in the bedroom are fine, but the sofa bed in the living room wasn't very comfortable.
We had an issue with a neighbour in the room next door, but it was dealt immediately after we reported it to the reception.
On our departure day they let us use the luggage room, the swimming pool and the shower, so we could stay in the hotel until the evening.
