Staff were all super helpful and lovely! Very quiet place so can guarantee a great nights sleep. Loved that they offered a free hot breakfast with the continental, these changed daily. Also was lucky enough to use the spa and have a very nice and relaxing massage!

We absolutely loved Moana Sands Beachfront Villas. We were greeted at the airport and taken to our villa. There was fresh fruit and cereal provided for breakfast. After the first morning, we had breakfast right next door at Circles Cafe. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. We walked straight out of our room onto the golden sands and a perfect swimming / snorkelling beach. There were kayaks and snorkel gear provided for free.
There is a 24 hour shop across the road and takeaways on the weekend. Everything we needed was on the doorstep.
To top it off, the staff were wonderful. Extremely friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back, and have already recommended Moana Sands to our friends!

Our trip was amazing, however there was one theme that was a huge put off. Some of the places we went had absolutely horrible attitudes towards us. Rude with no greetings and sour faces, it is not nice to be treated like that. This was NOT at every place we went but it was enough times to stand out. Apart from that....it was a fun filled trip

Rarotonga is a great place to visit.
Rarotonga is a great place to visit. Its layed back and the weather is very nice. The beaches are great. We ate at Supper Browne in Tupapa at their cafe which was reasonably cheap steak meal. The local food on the early morning on Sunday was fantastic. Going to the movies could be good for young couples to spend some quality time without being too occupied with big expensive activities.

Enjoyed staying on the island of Rarotonga.
Enjoyed staying on the island of Rarotonga. Also did a day trip to Aitutaki. Both places were great for snorkelling, need water shoes to protect your feet from the coral. Night markets offered delicious food. We used the local bus to get around the island.

There is something special about this place.
There is something special about this place. From the moment we stepped off the plane, we felt so relaxed and welcomed. We stayed at Club Raro Resort (Adults Only) and I can only speak highly about this accommodation. They have amazing staff and the restaurant offers the BEST ribs on the island! Rarotonga is so relaxed and peaceful, all the locals and business's are really friendly, helpful and welcoming. You can use your New Zealand dollars, so no need for exchanging money before your trip. Easy to get around the island via rental car, scooter, bike or bus. Koka Lagoon Cruises were excellent! Four hours of fun, beautiful fish to see, snorkeling, yummy lunch and an entertaining show on an island. Happy Hour at The Edgewater Resort were a great price and so good. I've been here twice now and Raro will continue to be my annual holiday from now on.

It was a short walk to dairies, cafes, Muri Night Market and the Muri Beach Club pool. The villa was spacious, cool and had modern furniture and lovely deck with outdoor furniture. Good kitchen facilities so we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The large bed was very comfortable. Access to Muri Beach Club facilities and beach was a bonus. The owner was very responsive in helping us with transport from the airport. We would definitely stay again.SuzanneNew Zealand

The welcome breakfast pack is great. Loved the snorkeling, great swimming spot 100m to the right of Motu with no rocks for swimming, lovely beach. 10 minute walk to Little Poly for great meals. Great electric bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. Saw whales breaching. totally relaxing holiday!
