There were holes in the sheets. Stains on the couch. Just the front desk guy who works in the evening was best. Other than that it was a disappointment. No hot water jn the shower.

I have always liked leduc for closeness to south Edmonton and more reasonable prices, but this time I was really put off with things like bad street signs and poor street lighting in the area where I stayed, where Nisku, across the highway was well marked and fully lit...huge difference

There’s many stores and restaurants close by, as well as shopping at the mall on the other side of the highway. It’s close to the airport too. Easy access to the highway. The town of Leduc isn’t too far from the hotels

Staff was very friendly excellent customer service, very clean property. However with that said I would reccomend keeping pool area extending hours due to business hours I was required to keep I was unable to use the hot tub. If this was open earlier and later would definitely have made my review 5 stars.

My stay was an overnighter on the way home from attending to a family matter. My check in was late (check in was at 23:45)and my departure was the following morning. It met all of my needs. I can't really comment on other amenities or attractions as I was not in a position to experience any of them.

Staff member Darlene charged my credit card $150 for a deposit which is expected but then told me it was just a pre authorization and never charged which is was and refused to refund the $150 deposit even though I showed her bank statements of my card being charged and not refunded. Extremely frustrating, rude, and terrible customer service. I would STRONGLY advise staying somewhere else.

Leduc is a nice little town with many amenities and quick access to Edmonton and several other small towns. There is a lot of shopping available and many places to eat. We really enjoyed our meal at the Leduc Diner. The staff was friendly, there was a lot of food for a good price and the service was quick.
The hotel is ok, but don't expect too much. The rooms are worn out, have multiple damages, are not super clean, etc.
Breakfast is included, but again, don't expect too much. The advertised AMAZING BREAKFAST with smoothies, different kinds of eggs, etc, is not what you get. The beds are not comfortable, since the mattresses seem a bit old already.
We always use this hotel for our last night in town before a flight out early in the morning. The staff is available 24 hrs. The shuttle has always been so convenient and trouble free. We usually leave before breakfast, but coffee is available in the room or lobby. The oversized jacuzzi tub is a huge, welcome delight worth the small price.
Just a quick note - a good hotel with an interesting array of choices in the vending machines - saved me from ordering in. Also important to note that it was among the first stops of the shuttle - and the last on the way back to the airport - which is a real time saver.
It's a good place to spend a night when transferring overnight at the airport. Otherwise it's very far from the city and without a car it's hard to get anywhere. The hotel itself is good, inviting and helpful crew, there's a bar-restaurant, standard rooms
Rooms were large and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast (eggs, sausage, bagels, bread, 4 types of cereal, coffee, yogurt, juice). Kitchen area is nice. Bigger fridge/freezer than most hotels.
I like how clean the room and bathroom of our hotel room is. It also has everything I need during my stay. Overall, I find Super 8 affordable, accessible, and a good place to stay in :)
Good location, nice big room arranged well, the sitting areas thru out the hotel, clean, restaurant was welcoming and 10% off as staying there- food was good and reasonably priced.
The hotel itself is in great proximity to the airport. It has everything you’d need. I loved the comfy bed and the room was clean and huge. I’d stay here again.
I eat keto, breakfast nothing that I could have.thanks to the lovely staff!it well priced, honest about their prices, clean hotel with very friendly staff,!🥳
