You are getting a poor rating as I had a death in the family and had to attend a viewing and was refused a refund even partial, with more than five days notice.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was more spacious than most hotels I have stayed in. The room was very clean, and it was also very quiet. We will stay here again when visiting Brampton.

We were there for our Grandson’s hockey tournament so didn’t have time to sightsee. Industrial area. Hotel met our needs very well. Close to the arena, Costco, Home Depot and other stores. Restaurants close by.

The place was new. The windows were not clean.
The place was new. The windows were not clean. Cabinet door over refridgerator was broken, very basic necessities. No TV's in any bedrooms, just one for a three bedroom. A MUST that you have to take your garbage with you when you leave or you will be charged! Blinds to deck were broken, cheap dining chairs. Chairs were table hight for sitting at bar height! You have to wash towels before you leave. Why pay cleaning fee if I have to clean? Stove light stayed on at all times (showing stove was on) no light over the stove. Only 2 USB in the whole place.....
This is what I experienced 2 weeks prior to arrival date. The following email:
Dear Marquette Eaddy,
Thank you for understanding and kindness. The photo of the ID is more than sufficient!
It is quite unprofessional of me to mention the following topic but I am too amazed to keep it silent. Miss Eaddy, you look at least 15 years younger than the ID says. Are you sure the ID you have isn't fake?
Thank you for the cooperation! We will contact you again a bit closer to your arrival.
Be safe, Riia

Hopefully this review will help others in their decision.

My husband and I used to live in Bramton for 25 years and 10 years ago, we move to Windsor with my children and their families, so we know our way around the city, and we like to come by to visit old friends, we like to check out the new amenities so we can recommend it to our friends and family when they have to travel, and your hotel is one of the best places around.

The staff was very prompt with the service.
The staff was very prompt with the service. We needed a tub stopper, but there was no maintenance personnel on duty but that didn’t stop the front desk ladies from fixing the problem themselves. Kudos to them.
Breakfast was perfect.
We will definitely stay there again.

(based on a stay of 11 days) It is a good alternative to stay in to go to Toronto. But if you have visited some special places and the most popular restaurants, there is not much left to go on an adventure with.
I made the booking in January and then read some reviews touching on what the reviewers perceived to be negatives. I did not see this in any aspect of our stay.
It was a very comfortable stay. Location was okay, it is not downtown Toronto or even Brampton - and this is reflected in the price.
It was very clean and was kept clean. Breakfast was the standard hotel offering, but well worth it.
Staff were friendly, respectful and keen to help.
Ultimately, a good stay and I’ll happily stay again.
Breakfast…To my surprise there was a variety of cold and hot items to choose from and everything was delicious and very fresh, not all the hotels we’ve been before have fresh fruit, (some even serve canned fruit) we liked that very much. The whole place was extremely clean and inviting, the coffee/ tea station was very nice and stocked up, something for everybody. To bad we only stayed 1 night. The staff was friendly and attentive to our table. Thanks so much for a very nice visit.
Nothing at all I hated it was very sketchy n completely unsafe. Ppl I was with did not feel comfortable staying there after wat we saw. Won't be returning ever. Lost my money I paid for it. Cheap or not the place needs to be torn down n just turned into a parking lot. This should not even be classified as a hotel. It's more a place where welfare, Crack heads n other drug addicts n alcoholics come to stay after they blew there life savings on a poorly bet horse race.
I liked how helpful and attentive the host was, and gave very clear and easy to understand instructions when I was checking in, like the door code etc. Also, accommodated my early check in request quickly. I also like how clean it was, the beds were comfy, everything in the picture is exactly what it was in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unit in the brampton-mississauga area. The unit was clean as well as the linens.
The hotel was in a convenient location for us, not too far from the airport where we had to return our rental car and board a flight the next day and easy to access when we drove into the city from a wedding weekend in Barrie. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. There was a good variety of tasty options at the buffet breakfast. The reception staff were friendly. We’d be happy to stay again or recommend to others.
The personal was excellent, helpful and responsive.
The carpeted floor in the room was quite convenient.
Good value.
Tim Hortons right beside.
Crib set up in the room before we arrive.
If you need to stay in Brampton, this is a great choice. Location wise, connect to the highway so not bad.
I asked for water and food. I can’t believe how they were not able to give water and food in the hotel when a person is ready to pay such a big amount to them. I stayed at many hotels but out of all this hotel is something I can say a poor one.
I really felt comfortable in the Hotel Amazing service very clean room , exactly like the pictures. The staff was very friendly . The prices were very affordable and honestly worth the money . We are staying here every time we visit Toronto..
Free breakfast is my main motivation to stay in your hotel. Other motivations include: proximity to the Airport, Clean hotel and large rooms. Free parking is another good thing for the hotel. Close to walmart also helps.
Beautiful rooms, loved having the fridge and couch, continental breakfast was nice to have and delicious, appreciate that pay per view movies are still available (many hotels don’t have them any more).
I booked and paid for three adult persons including breakfast (spouse and daughter), but the hotel said as per policy they will always give breakfast to the two adults only.
Bed was comfy, TV/Enterainment options were adequate, the washroom was clean, The internet speed was the cherry on top, way better than a hotel around 130mbs.
