I liked everything . The house were very clean and we had part of the total comfort that I could imagine. The owner of the house waited us in the airport when we arrived in Armenia and also he go with us to the airport ;and helped us with suggestions of places where we can eat. In the last day he was very gentle and went with us to the capital. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment.

The property is very well managed, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutlety delicious, the staff was very kind. Location is very central, yet tranquil. Airport is close, at the earlier hours of the morning we arrived for just few hours of sleep and rest and it was worth it, after taking the breakfast we left the hotel for our tour in Armenia fully energized. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located a short walk from Zvarnots airport (less than 15 minutes) which made it an ideal stopping point for us to catch our flight. We were in an apartment style room with a large bedroom, shower room, large living room layout which was all very clean, although the decor was a bit dated. The bed was good and the bedding clean. There was a kettle but curiously not any cups or mugs and these had to be asked for. The reception staff were really friendly and most helpful. The apartment also has wi-fi so it was easy to confirm flight times etc. Whilst we were using the hotel on our way out of Armenia it's proximity to the airport would also make it good for an arrival overnight stay as one doesn't have the hassle of getting a taxi to get to it and once there the wi-fi let's you connect to the Yandex app to order up a reasonably priced taxi to wherever you need to get to.

There have been several stays in this family guest house for my mother and me, every time we fly via Erevan. This is a perfect option for one night transfer journey. The owner and the staff are kind, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is included and correct. The location is very close to the airport and the guest house proposes the transfer from and to the airport. The transfer is 24/24 hours, so you do not need to worry if your arrival is scheduled in the middle of night. Highly recommended.

Artur is a completely dedicated host and wonderful person! I stayed for only one night and regret that I didn't for longer. Perfect if you come off the flight or are staying before a flight. Vagharshapat is much closer to the airport and easier to get to than big Yerevan.
