Beautiful property with amazing views, the staff go above and beyond to provide great service! We really enjoyed the trekking tour with a local guide, as well as the spa facilities and they even lit a fire in our fireplace for us every night, very cozy. Breakfast is okay, not a huge selection but decent - nice fresh fruit.

Featuring mountain views, Hmong Eco Villas in Sa Pa features accommodation, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Everything!! The view from the bed is stunning! You can open up the windows and step outside to the balcony. The host is such an impressive woman, she works really hard and always has a smile on her face. She helps you with everything. We were there around Tet and got invited to celebrate this with her family, super sweet. I also did a workshop painting with bees wax, which was nice (and now I have a great souvenir). It's about 30 mins on the motorbike (which you can rent at the homestay), but the roads can be a bit tricky.

The villa is located at a local village where you can experience the daily local life here, and we took trekking tour with local guide Gao, she was very good and informative with the surroundings and we were able to experience the local culture and life. The villa has everything you need and the room view is beautiful overlooking the mountains and the stream of water. The restaurant has good food options with reasonable prices given the fact that there are no restaurants nearby. We tried the spa after trekking and it was very relaxing. Overall great experience and good for someone who looks for a peaceful and relaxing place out of the bustling city. Thank you for Eco Villas team and keep up the good work. And would return if we are traveling to Sapa next time.

Lying within the boundaries and overlooking valleys of the Hoang Lien National Park, Topas Ecolodge is a quaint and charming mountain property where guests can freely mingle with the ethnic villagers.... Unreal location perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. We highly recommend a bike tour with a local guide and a visit at the spa.

Will do anything to make you happy. They checked me as soon as I arrived even though I came waay too early! They gave me a contact of the best local village lady who took me around the mountains and gave me the best experience. They reccomended me the best places for food, treks, coffee, helped with laundry, transport etc... Special thanks to Win who' s been extremely accommodating!
