First off, I want to thank Jessica for her communication and kindness during our stay. She was very helpful! Secondly, I appreciate the property manager for answering the phone for us when we were trying to find the location when we first got here. I was frustrated and he assured that he would come get us from wherever we were to make sure we made it to the property ok. The room was very clean and lovely. We stayed in the beach front villa. It was beautiful night and day. As an American (because you know we love our A/C), I was very happy about the cold A/C they had in the room. It was never hot and this was appreciated as Zanzibar is hot and humid. We had a hiccup in regards to the breakfast in the room/at the pool. I originally planned to have it on a specific day but it did not show up on that day. I spoke with the staff and they served it to us the next morning. We also had a late check out and i was very thankful they let us stay in the room past check out time. We were able to enjoy our in-room breakfast because of this and did not feel rushed at all. Shower great. Bed great. Very spacious room. The amenities in the room were also nice. I read online somewhere that the hotels typically try to keep the beach locals away from the property to the best of their ability. I will say, be prepared to constantly be sold to when trying to relax on the property. All day long , there was constantly “beach boys” trying to sell you stuff. I appreciate the security guard on the beach keeping the other tourist away from our beach swings. So many of them walked up and he kindly asked them to leave. This was nice because I feel like there would have been a line had he not been there to do this. It made us feel special. They arranged an airport drop off for us and got us on our way in time.

Evergreen Bungalows býður upp á gistirými við ströndina í Bwejuu. Gististaðurinn er með einkastrandsvæði og reiðhjóla- og bílaleiga eru í boði. Zanzibar-borgin er í 37 km fjarlægð. I had a huge desire to come to Zanzibar, I had the chance to come here thanks to my work that let me go in advance to take a few days off. I tried two hotels, Evergren Bungalow and the Park Hyatt in StoneTown. I would choose the Bungalow every time and especially next to Paje which I loved. I think I lived like a dream there, the mix between being with the locals who make you feel extremely well on their island but also the beauty of the place and the sea. I was more than happy to have found Evergreen Bungalow, I had one of the best time of my life. It was very quiet probably due to the February weather, I felt safe (safer in Zanzibar than in London) and the food was wonderful. Within 5 minutes drive you have the town of Paje which offers bars, restaurants and a market.

If there has 6 star avaliable. I will give to it. The pool its being clean every morning. kitchen its open for use and the roof patio its lovely to relax, either for read or do yoga. The decoration of room its very modern and funished. Love the mattress and pillow. Able to get well relax at night. There has small beautiful garden at the Lodge to walk around. They have the knowledable taxi driver and we felt very fortune to be able to do tour with him. The Lodge its close to the beach, and easy access to shop and restaurant. Safe to walk around in the night. Thomas its lovely host. He solve problem efficently. Organize everything and pentient. Thanks him give us many places to visit and the delicious resturants. I definitly will go back again if I am in Zazibar again. Highly recommand it.

Jambiani Guest Lodge PEMBA er staðsett í Jambiani og státar af garði, einkasundlaug og sjávarútsýni. Staff are amazing! The place has everything you need, common areas are nice and spacious - and the pool is a great place to chill

Nungwi Roses er í 1,2 km fjarlægð frá Nungwi-strönd og býður upp á gistirými, veitingastað, garð, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. Amazing place! And amazing host ! Ahmed is just perfect he is always doing his best to make sure everything is fine and even treating us to free barbecue! The place is super clean and cosy we all feel like a family ! The internet is super fast the best i have seen so far in Tanzania! The place is about 10 min walk from the beach which is good as you get to explore the local culture while enjoying a quiet stay! Mambo Cabana er staðsett 70 metra frá Pwani Mchangani-ströndinni og býður upp á garð, verönd og loftkæld gistirými með svölum og ókeypis WiFi. Absolutely the best place we stayed in Zanzibar! The breakfast was so good. The room was cleaned properly, and we left with a new friend. The groundskeeper was so nice and we had and meaningful conversations with him and he was always doing what he could to make us comfortable. We recommend this place!

Sipano Beach Lodge Kiwengwa er staðsett í Kiwengwa, í innan við 39 km fjarlægð frá Peace Memorial Museum og 13 km frá Kichwele Forest Reserve-friðlandinu. If you are open to gather local experiences and discussions with the staff, you will definitely enjoy your stay here. The place is right there on the beach, with comfy matresses and I loved the dogs staying around us.
