A charismatic character that will greet you in the morning with some coffee and treats before taking you to the port so you don’t have to walk.

Moalboal Eco Lodge was a little piece of paradise, a small walk away from the main beach town of Panagsama. The hosts and their dogs made us feel safe, comfortable and relaxed for the duration of our stay. The lodge has excellent facilities, such as a kitchen, lounge area (with hammocks) and a very special raised deck for exercise, yoga and relaxation. And if you don't want to cook, the optional breakfast is delicious. We'd highly recommend checking out the sardine run off Panagsama beach and organising a canyoneering trip through the hosts! For a peaceful, planet-friendly Philippines experience, Moalboal Eco Lodge is the ideal spot.

The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. It was only a 15 minute walk from the airport. ( saves money). The place had giant beds, so wide and comfortable with soft sheets. Each bunk had a desk, small closet, shelves and blinds for privacy.

At the chalet complex, units come with bed linen and towels. The property was perfect for a solo traveller! It’s in a great location (close to everything) and very convenient. Very kind hosts also.

My wife and I booked into Skott’s Comfy Lodge from Dec 22nd to Jan 3rd. We liked it so much we have decided to stay an additional three weeks. If you like quiet, an exceptionally clean place, and welcoming staff, this is the place for you. Virginia (owner)has gone out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even invited us to partake in New Years celebrations with her family. The beach is a five minute walk and scooter rental can be arranged. The wifi is also exceptionally good as STARLINK has just been installed. Wifi speeds are now regularly over 120 Mps. This is a great place for both short or long term rentals if you are looking for a quiet place to chill away from the traffic and noise. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay and would not hesitate to return if we ever returned to Bantayan Island. Dan and Grace. Canada
