We were given a very warm welcome and were well looked after by Maykel and his family . He arranged a volcano guide and we ordered packed lunches which were perfect at the top of a long hike . It was really useful that we could rent Maykal’s scooter as we had taken a taxi from the port. With large backpacks renting motos at the port would not have been fesible for us. Having independent ( not taxi) transport is, I think important to have a relaxed tour of this beautiful island . The roads are quiet and generally very low speed so biking is easy and the main way people get around. We had a wonderful , large room and big bathroom with a shower. There was a terrace where we sat peacefully in the evenings watching and listening to monkeys and enjoying the sunset. The food is all cooked to ordered. We had excellent breakfasts and we ate in 2 out of 4 evenings. They ask that you order your meal in advance so it can be freshly prepared. We were really happy with the location. Close to a lake beach, but close using the moto to the best sandy beaches- Playa Mango and San Domingo. The WiFi was excellent . We were so pleased we chose The Jungle and highly recommend it.

Offering a restaurant and a bar, Ecolodge Blue Morpho is located 8 km from Cardenas, only 150 metres from the shore of Lago Nicaragua. We liked it has a great location near the CR-NIC border in front of Cocibolca Lake, easy to find. The owner's warm welcome made us feel great and at home. It is an eco-lodge, powered by the sun and wind, so A/C is not available, but the fresh air by the night almost does it.

Boasting a permaculture farm and exotic edible fruit forest, La Bambouseraie, is set in Balgue, within 16 km of Maderas Volcano. A balcony with garden views is offered in each unit. this place is absolutely awesome!!! breakfast is really good with local/homegrown ingredients, communal kitchen available, cute dogs on the property, you can watch wildlife from your terrace, staff is really nice

We had the most wonderful stay at 99 Surflodge. The accommodation is stunning, the food is delicious and the staff is really friendly! The rooms are really comfortable, I would definitely recommend staying here!

2 bedroom cottage , 3 blocks from beach and center of San Juan ตั้งตั้งอยู่ในซานฮวนเดลซูร์ของภูมิภาค Rivas Region และสามารถไปหาด San Juan del Sur ซึ่งห่างกันไม่เกิน 80 ม. The cottage was great and clean. Close 5 minute walk to the beach and the staff was very nice. It had a fridge and cooking supplies, which helped a lot.
