Ometepe: cerca chalet

Finca Ometepe was the highlight of our visit to Isla Ometepe! We enjoyed the warm hospitality of our hosts, Hanna and Hakan, who welcomed us to their home, shared their food, showed us around the farm and made us feel at home!. It was a very special experience for all of us, we had never experienced something similar on our travels before. We picked organic greens for salad together, participated in milking the goats, searching for eggs, processing Cacao and Cafe grown on the farm, enjoyed making our own pizza in their clay oven, and baking the most delicious brownies from their cacao (and recipe!). The farm is beautiful and relaxed, the casita has comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious outdoor dining area with hammocks to relax in. Breakfasts where homemade, yummy and varied, and on top of all of these, hauler monkeys visited nearby every morning!

Situata a Balgue, a 16 km dal vulcano Maderas, La Bambouseraie vanta una fattoria di permacultura e una foresta esotica di frutta. Tutte le sistemazioni sono dotate di balcone con vista sul giardino. The hosts are lovely people, passionate about nature and their projects at la bambouseraie. The breakfasts were made on the spot and deliciously fresh, and the house we stayed in had the most beautiful view to enjoy in hammocks. Attention to details, fresh water, cleaning of the room every day... Nothing to say!

You feel like you're in the middle of the jungle, it's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are really spacious. My favorite things about the room was the large hammock and outdoor enclosed shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food was good and we liked that breakfast was included.

Situated in Santa Cruz, Dragon's Garden features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Maderas Volcano is 6.3 km from the lodge. everything! it was a beautiful space, the bed was comfy, the staff were kind, the breakfast (at additional cost of a reasonable $5) was awesome, it was a great location, the “in nature” feel was perfect and the VIEW!! amazing
