Definitely worth 10/10 in Booking.com ranking. Quiet, isolated area, stunning view all over the mountains from the altana and dining room. Perfect home made food (big portions!). But - it all depends what you need. You will like this place as we do only if you want to escape from the touristic, crowded areas looking for tranquility and nice people. This is not the place you will have easy access to the restaurants, shops and other city attractions. The road to get there is also a bit tricky to navigate and takes a while to get there from the center of Mojkovac. The accomodation in bungalows simple, but not overpriced. But the view, atmosphere, idyllic surroundings and warm welcome by the host is unbeatable. And the owner resembles famous French actor Jean Reno :) Travel tip: you can consider going by train from Mojkovac to Virpazar and back (just drive 4 km down the road and leave your car on the free parking at the station). Such excursion will offer 2 big attractions: visiting Shkodra Lake (enough time to hire a boat or organized boat trip) plus travel by train itself along the most spectacular railway in Balkans. Doable in one day without rush, just take the train from Mojkovac to Virpazar not later than 7.00 AM.

Very cozy with though put in every little detail. Greatly located 5 minutes from Kolasin city center and on the way to the sloped. Great host: we arrived at 02:00 in the middle of night due to road closer and a flat tire and the host's mother waited awake for us to greet, hand over the keys and explain about the property. She then baked us a delightful local pastry in the morning because she felt sorry for us with all the car and road trouble.

It's close to some amazing restaurants (Hotel Serdar, Nacionalni restoran Kozak). National park Biogradska gora is very close by car. The place was silent, clean, well equipped; the staff welcoming and approachable. We definitely recommend for a nice mountain getaway.

Das Eko Katun Damjanovic - Bjelasica- Bjelasica liegt im Nationalpark Biogradska Gora und bietet ein Restaurant, eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption, eine Bar, einen Garten, einen Grill und eine Sonnenterrasse.... Had a great stay with very generous hostesses! We had dinner and breakfast both homemade and very good and the hostess invited us into her home for coffee and tea. The hut is as pictured, we were very comfortable and received extra blankets. Great location - about 2 hours uphill from the lake and only a short 20min hike to the view point.

Die in Berane gelegene Unterkunft Katun Siska Medna Dolina bietet kostenlose Privatparkplätze. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Ausruhen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, die Mahlzeiten sind abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die ganze Unterkunft sowie der Aufenthalt dort waren ausgezeichnet. Ich empfehle Ihnen Urlaub dort und komme selber nochmal sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft Owl House Jelovica verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Balkon und ist in Berane gelegen. Very warm welcome to a lovely cottage! Spectacular views, great hiking, peaceful setting….Could have stayed a week.
