Our stay at Chalet Etna Milo was excellent. The chalet was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature. However, that was not the reason why our stay was so memorable. The hospitality of the hosts, Rosella and Nino, was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived in Italy, they made us feel at home. That was partly because of the little things Rosella did for us, like surprising us with a nice treat at our arrival. They also helped us out when we got in trouble at the airport, when the car we had reserved was cancelled. Don’t look any further. Just book this chalet. You’ll feel as welcome as we did.

The apartment very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. Clean, fresh and well kept. You can see from the very first moment that the hosts treat it with love and care. The contact with the host - Cinzia was also very nice and smooth. We were touched by her flexibility and kindness and letting us stay until late afternoon since we had a night flight. The place is also very well communicated - you can easily take a train from the airport (tip: leave at Palazzo Reale-Orleans station and you have a 5 minute walk to the apartment). If you want a great stay in the center of Palermo, seek no more, this is a place for you :)

Armando is probably the nicest host we've ever had. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit, while being super kind and welcoming. For breakfast he baked and cooked an incredible menu and even gave us food to take for our journey. The flat is pretty and very clean with an incredible view to the meditaranian sea. Really, it's a no brainer to stay there if you want to visit etna, since by car you only need like 30min to refugio sapienza. Armando, big hug.
