The view from the top floor bedroom overlooking Annecy and the mountains was breathtaking. If we get the opportunity to go to Annecy in the future I wouldn't hesitate in booking here again.

A sign on the parking should be done to give information on where to park the car and avoid to park onto the neighbour's parking.

Located in the centre of Annecy, within 37 km of Rochexpo and 38 km of Bourget Lake, FITZ ROY Annecy Rent Lodge is an accommodation offering city views. The access and location was superb. They (management) were very nice to tourists and very accomodating. The property manager Caroline was on top of everything and made the stay for me and family really easy even helping us transitioning to our next booking in the city. The breakfast is so plenty and adequate. My advise is to communicate with them very well and in advance and easier if through they're local french telephone number.
