Rainbow Valley Lodge is located located in Monteverde Costa Rica, in the mountains of Monteverde. It offers lush gardens and rooms with free WiFi and fantastic mountain views. Wow, this place had such hospitality (Ana was amazing) and the view was stunning. I was awake every sunrise to see the amazing sunrise from our big balcony. It’s just outside Santa Elena , only a few minutes by car. So peaceful and offering a complete privacy. The room was clean, had TV, fridge a kitchenette and spacious bathroom. A must if in Monte verde !

Situated 500 metres from Carmen Beach, Little Escape offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. We had an absolutely amazing stay. The entire place is just beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We got to watch and hear howler monkeys as well as a Kolibri while swimming in the pool surrounded by lush green plants and trees. Especially worthy pointing out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the host. After mentioning to Mike that I quite bad ear pain he came back to me with his own medication and even let me keep them after we went on to Montezuma and Uvita. Literally saved my holiday, thanks a lot Mike!! Apart from that very open Host who was able to provide tons of information and recommendations not only on Mal Pais and Santa Teresa but also other places like Montezuma. All in all, a perfect stay!

The property was in an incredibly beautiful location, the hosts are very nice and were very helpful with local attractions and organizing tours. The house is very cozy, with amazing views, and a wood fireplace which made the evenings extra special. We made good use of the kitchen, which was well equipped. The house is very well maintained and was very clean.

Located 12 km from Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary, Cabinas Costa Tropicana offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Great well stocked clean cabin for our family. Everything we needed to prepare meals when we weren’t going out to eat. Pool was wonderful too.

Situated in Palmar Norte in the Puntarenas region, La Muñequita Lodge 1 - culture & nature experience has a balcony and river views. Lovely little cabin to myself right on a little stream with so much wildlife to observe while chling out in a hammock on the second story balcony. The family invited me into their home, treated me like part of the family and cooked me 2 amazing meals.
