When we got there we saw amazing cabins in a wonderful garden. This is a really magic place to stay. Garden with beautiful flowers, medicine herbs and trees. We saw howler monkeys, white faced capuchin monkeys, toucans, green and black poisonous dart frog, butterflys, sloths. Nearby there was a beautiful beach. The Host of this great place, Fernando was very friendly, helpful. He has a great knowledge of nature of this place and all Costa Rica. During our stay Fernando made a chocolate day. He showed us all process of making chocolate, from the roasting cacao beans to the making chocolate bars. It was wonderful experience. Communication with Raphäel was easy, available for all questions, and he and Paola are lovely hosts! To come back to Satta Lodge after a busy day or exhausting trips was always a pleasure and we loved every minute there. What a stunning experience!
