I loved everything about Arenal Xilopalo. From the moment we got there, the staff was so welcoming and nice. There was even a mix-up with the taxi picking us up at the airport which was no fault of theirs and they were so apologetic. I loved staying here and can't wait to be back. It was the best sleep I've gotten in a long time. And the location, was perfect. It really is very close to everything you may need. Thanks Arenal Xilopalo for making our first time to Costa Rica so special. Pura vida!

Nastanitev Onca Tours & Treehouses je 44 km od znamenitosti jame Venado in nudi vrt, teraso ter sobno postrežbo. We have stayed in many different places in La fortuna area and for one day we stayed in the tree house in Rio celeste area(limit 100$ per day). We did not want leave. This stay was by far better for a similar price. More comfy bed, clean soft towels, tasty food, nice idea of being elevated while watching birds in trees.

The stuff was super friendly and prepared the best casado we had during our trip to costa rica (have to try the homemade chilie sauce). Also unexpectedly good was the included free frog spotting tour. Even though the chalets were rather tiny they felt spacious and were indeed very private. This is definitely no 5-Star Hotel but as best as eco-friendly individual tourism could get.

The property was perfect for us as a couple. Close to La Fortuna and far enough away that you were out of the busyness. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make simple meals. King bed was comfortable. The view of Arenal Volcano was amazing when it wasn’t too cloudy. The patio was sheltered from the rain so you could still enjoy coffee outside in the morning. Property felt secure with remote control opening and closing.

Our room in the forest were fabulous, this place is like being in paradise, I will remember it always.

Owner was very attentive to our requests and needs. They made us feel like family and shared fruit from their abundant fruit trees! Loved the views from high in the hills. Would definitely stay here again!
