Banyana was very helpful. The owner was very kind to drop us at Kasane on our way to Victoria Falls and also pick us up from there.

The personal touches, like freshly baked muffins and cookies at the coffee stand available all day. An exceptional place to relaxed and unwind, with a beautiful location. Sofia, the manager and member of the family that owns the place, is another reason why our stay was so incredible, she is a delight!!

The chalets have an open plan lounge with sleeper couch and adjoining kitchenette with 2-plate stove and microwave.They offer a verandah, TV, BBQ facilities and a bathroom with shower. Guests can enjoy garden views. Free WiFi is available. We had a breakdown on the road to Kasane. We didn't arrive until the morning after my reservation. We were exhausted and dirty but only had an hour before our safari tour left. I was willing to pay full price for just am opportunity to shower and sit down, I have a broken leg too. Rather than make me pay they allowed me to shower and rest for an hour for FREE!!! After telling them what happened they were so kind and sympathetic it brought tears to my exhausted eyes. The room was beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond. I will definitely be back and look forward to staying for a longer period of time. God bless you all at Chobe River Cottages!

Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar overlooking the natural landscape where wildlife can often be seen. The property also offers mini-market. Amazing and very friendly staff who really tried to make our stay extra special. Givemore the chef really surprised us with creative and tasty dinner and breakfast. The waterhole is exceptional and you can easily spend days just looking at the wildlife pass by.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We enjoyed the lovely garden setting of the home we rented. The gardeners kept it very nice and well maintained. Also, the cleaning team was exceptional in their daily cleaning and availability. Also, the host Miles, was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right person for our river boat cruise. The river guide was great and shared his years of knowledge growing up in the area.

The rooms at The Big 5 Chobe Lodge feature a bathroom with shower and all beds are draped with a mosquito net. Amazing,friendly staff that went out of their way, to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The food was delicious and top level.
