Staying here made our visit to Isla del Sol more memorable. The place is conveniently close to the Temple of the Sun (Pilkokaina). We arrived via a Bolivia Hop ferry tour that stopped at Pilkokaina port, followed by a walk up the steep hills to the accommodation. It's a bit away from Yumani village, approximately a 25-minute walk. Be cautious when walking back from late dinners in the village, as there are no streetlights. The owner kindly prepared a simple dinner of trout for us. They have a kitchen where you can boil water and use the microwave. The view from the accommodation was phenomenal, offering us the most beautiful sunrise views right from our bed. The night sky was incredibly clear, allowing us to marvel at the stars and Milky Way.Breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs and fruit. The heater was provided, ensuring our comfort during cooler evenings.

Sonia was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. She was patient with our lack of Spanish and provided a delicious, fresh breakfast each morning. The view from our window was spectacular! It was worth the climb up the steep Inca steps to get there. The location was perfect for coming off the boat and was a short walk to restaurants. The hostel also offers dinner if desired.

Located 15 km from Inka Bath, CAMPO SANTO offers accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Guests at the lodge can enjoy an American breakfast. The owner was really nice. The room was big and the view was gorgeous. They bring you the breakfast into your room. The breakfast and the dinner (except the pizza) was great.

Set in Comunidad Yumani, Sol y Luna ISLA DEL SOL offers accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace and mountain views. A balcony with lake views is offered in every unit. This lodge is perfect. The owners are very welcoming and very attentive. The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom is very good and there is hot water. And the must : the view! One of the must beautiful of our roadtrip in South America. It’s absolutely incredible, especially for the sunrise. The breakfast is served in your room or on the balcony. It is very good and very plentiful before a good hiking. The location is perfect, very close to the port in the south of the island and easy to access. We only stayed one night but we would have like to stay more. We totally recommend this place.

Beautiful, secluded, tranquil place with a great view of the lake. The little house we stayed in had a lot of character—beautiful domed ceilings, rounded doorways, thatch roof. Very nice buffet breakfast.
