Breathtaking location, wonderful staff, 5star dinner and easy transfer to Ollantaytambo. They provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay (blankets, toothbrush, toothpaste, binoculars, torch etc). Simply perfect.

We had a wonderful time at Vertical Sky. It is more of an experience rather than just a luxury hotel. The views are breathtaking and watching the stars at night was magical. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the food is good. If you are coming by taxi, is it better for the hotel driver to meet you at the bottom of the mountain since he knows the route very well and so you will feel safe on the way up. Some old reviews mention the water in the bathrooms wasn’t warm enough but we did not find that to be the case, there was hot water in the shower so I assume they have fixed that.

Me encanto todo, desde el recibimiento Victor nos fue a recoger al punto de llegada, y Vanesa nos recibió con toda su calidez en Casafranca, un lugar encantador, rodeado de montañas y moderno, impecable y bien decorado, desayuno abundante con sus mermeladas caseras riquísimas! The staff were great. The safety instructions were very helpful. All safety gear provided. The food was awesome and the beds were comfy. The pods were clean. The facilities inside the pods were really good considering the constraints in such an accommodation. They even had a small plant in the toilet! The views were amazing.
