El lloc és fantàstic, paissatge increible i un pou d'aigua on sempre hi pots veure molts animals, inclosos rinoceronts, un dels quals es va atançar a la terrassa de l'hotel una nit fins tenir-lo a tocar, literalment. The hotel lies in the middle of the desert, soo peaceful with a 360 degrees view. We booked for a special occasion the wine cellar and had a romantic diner there, Gaskab, our waiter, did a wonderful job, making this occasion unforgettable. The pool in the middle of the structure is a real oasis. The room with balcony was amazing, it’s worth while paying a bit more for the rooms with balconies. You won’t be disappointed.

There was nothing not to like starting from heart-warming reception, and throughout our stay during which we were the only couple in the property, who were kindly assisted by some 20 staff members. This was just our luck to visit the place on weekdays and during lower season, thus we had an absolute privacy. Only us and nature! The chalets, restaurant, viewing terraces, and the pools areas were spotlessly clean, well designed, and professionally served. Great experience!

nicely designed, inside the park, close to its own small dune, easy to drive to Sesriem canyon and Namib sky balloon and the entire staff was very friendly and provides amazing services

The staff and owners were friendly. The camp was unique and interesting with a large collection of metal sculptures and unique objects. Meals were authentic and delicious. The bagged brunch prepared for us was exceptional. The chalet were comfortable within a beautiful setting.

The rescue from the 2 flat tires shows that these folks go the extra miles (kilometers) for their guests. Definitely recommend them highly. The lodge is excellent and the food outstanding.
