Hello everyone. This is my first time in Banlung and I want to share my personal experience of the place I am staying right now. The day I came here in Banlung, I found a very nice and peaceful place. I didn’t think I would stay here for one week. I was planning to stay for two days and leave, but the place I am staying is too beautiful, peaceful and the owner of the place is very kind and helpful. His wife and daughter are both very nice and welcome you with a smile. A few days ago, I found out that my ATM card wasn’t working internationally. So I told the owner of the place and he helped me to get some money in Cambodia. There are many nice examples of how they helped me. As a solo traveller, things are a bit difficult to manage alone, but this homestay helped me a lot and guided me to nice tourist places in Banlung. I highly recommend this place if you guys are coming here for the first time, because this place is super cheap, affordable and has a nice view. And sorry about my English, it isn’t good enough to explain.

San Soeun offers the most kind and warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay with him and his beautiful family, it has been a highlight of our time in Cambodia. San is willing to help assist you with anything you need, offers jungle treks and advice on the local area. He even shared with us some tasty fish he had caught himself that day, such a treat! The room is simple but very comfortable with all that you need, the bed is huge! The view is gorgeous and the smell of the trees that surround you makes for a great break from busy cities. If you are looking to experience the authentic Cambodia then this is the place for you! San Seouns beautiful family made this place so special for us, watching the local children play, and spending the evening playing games with his bright daughter Awa are memories we won't forget! Our host Kiri took very good care of us! He knew that western tourists have difficult to eat in the local restaurants and thats why he served very giant size tasty breakfast that kept us unhungry until our evening meal. We also loved the juice he made. When we left for Laos he gave us sandwiches to the road because he knew there is nothing to eat. He also spoke perfect English, arranged us s bike and told us everything we needed to know. The swimming pool was beautiful and big.

Its a great place all round and represents great value. Lot of ramps and some steps pretty easy to negotiate but may not be for someone who has some movement restrictions. Beautiful and quiet with a few bird noises and occasional rooster in the morning - felt like countryside even though very central.

Had a great and pleasant jungle trek with Jammy's team. A fantastic cozy campsite with the opportunity to try a bamboo shower and enjoy well-cooked food. Also taste what nature has to offer. We got to see gibbon monkeys and birds. Highly recommended and supports the local. Also want to take the opportunity to strongly recommend Jammy's accommodation Banlung Hill top house with very nice rooms, magical view and 100% service and associated restaurant with very well prepared and good food.
