Service was excellent, room and facilities as what we expected. We arrived a bit late and the staff helped to lead us to the hotel location. Breakfast is provided with limited menu, but it's a home cooked meal so no complaint! A bit cold during the night and early morning, bring a light sweater.

The hosts! They were so so so so so good. I loved staying here, like heaps. The hosts taught me so much about the area, and how special it is. I’m really grateful I stayed here instead of getting a ride from another city just to do the sunrise trek. The view from the room was insanely beautiful too.

The location was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake. The hosts were very helpful, even though we arrived late they organised for a guide, Norman, to meet us and take us up the mountain the next day. We could not have asked for a better guide, he was funny, energetic and kind. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and private and the food was good. The hot spring bath was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this place for 1 night and we were immediately blown away by the amazing views! The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. We requested for transport from Sanur to the accommodation and also from the accommodation to Canggu and they were very nice to arrange a car for us. We also asked for a Mt Batur tour and it was quickly arranged for us too. We ordered dinner (Ayam Goreng and Ayam Geprek) and the hotel staff quickly prepared it for us to eat around a campfire that was started. We had our dinner while enjoying the warmth of the fire and gazing at the many stars in the sky. Our guide Wijaya (Wi) was very friendly and funny, and he brought us up to the summit of Mt Batur safely to watch the sunrise in time. Breakfast was provided (bread with banana spread, hard boiled eggs, oranges, some snacks and a choice of hot coffee/tea/chocolate) at the top of Mt Batur for us to enjoy while watching the sunrise. Wi also helped us to take nice photos and chatted with us along the way. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I hope to be back! (We saw that they were building a new accommodation that looked really nice!)
