Bungalow parfaitement équipée et assez spacieux on s’y sent vraiment bien. Il faut quand même savoir qu’on est au sommet de la colline juste à l’entrée du parc national donc il faut monter 15 min sur un petit sentier (on vient vous aider à porter vos sacs ). Vraiment paisible et agréable tu peux aussi commander à manger. Merci à Lias et Dian pour l’excursion ! Merci Ruben pour l’accueil

L'accueil très chaleureux de Jay. Jay a géré très efficacement la récupération d'un bagage égaré lors d'un transfert d'avion. Le bungalow, le cadre et la gentillesse du personel. L'excellent petit déjeuner. Nous avons réservé un jungle trek 2D1N Slamat le guide, Riski son assistant et Adan le cuisinier et pilote de rafting ont été très professionnels , très prévenants . Nous les recommandons vivement .

We had a great stay, Service and food was amazing. You only need to quit air conditioning as there are only fans in the beautiful Bungalows. Hotel als offer trekking tours and transfer- very good!

If you want to see orangutans in Bukit Lawang, stop looking, this is the place! The hotel is rustic and beautiful, it is next to the river and the views of the jungle from the bedroom window are incredible! From here we saw orangutans, gibbons, monkeys, langurs, butterflies and birds without having to move. It includes breakfast, and in the restaurant they serve the best curry in town! The staff always attend you with a smile and are willing to help you with whatever you need at all times, we leave with a full heart, thank you very much Pepen, Lina, Inaka, Dani, Rini, Safii, Kolik, Pindo, Ifan and of course Riko (we have a chess match pending, the definition) And if you want to do the tour and enter the national park to explore the wonders of the incredible jungle of Sumatra, well, I must say that here they have the most professional team of all! We spent 3 days and 2 nights in the jungle, with the best guides in Bukit Lawang: Rio and Jerry! They accompany you, teach you and take care of you, they care about protecting the environment and the surroundings, proud of their culture and with a smile all day, attentive to us living one of the best experiences of our entire trip through Southeast Asia. Thanks also to Jill for an amazing dining experience in the middle of the jungle, we never imagined we would eat so well! You have a great team Sean, thank you so much! Finally, thank you Brigitte for organizing everything and making our stay a unique and unforgettable experience! @nomadesylocos

L’hôtel est conforme aux photos, c’est confortable et idéalement situé. La chasse d’eau et l’eau sont un plus à bukit lawang, nous avons apprécié. Au-delà, nous remercions beaucoup le couple de gérant pour leur accueil extraordinairement chaleureux et nos échanges. Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec le gérant et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

I stayed in a recently renovated room with beautiful views of the river! The restaurant attached has such a cool ambiance - a great place to read or study. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean and neat and an easy walk towards the forest or shops nearby!
