A recently renovated campground located in Bidiyah, Al Salam Desert Camp Bidiya features a shared lounge. Featuring full-day security, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a sun terrace. The campground also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The tents are kept clean and comfortable. They made efforts to decorate the interior well. The partially en suite bathroom is really clean and gives off a hotel vibe eventhough it is in the desert. It is a distance from the main road, but still accessible. Dinner was absolutely fabulous. Enjoyed the activities by the guides too. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Truly enjoyed my stay there.

Nice dinner and breakfast. They take time to explain the history of Oman and they propose several activities. Everything is very clean and the view is amazing.

Located 50 km from Wadi Bin Khalid, SAFARI-Glamping offers accommodation in Bidiyah-20 kms inside the desert from the village Al Hawaiyah. SAFARI-Glamping offers two private tents and 2 huts between the dunes in Sharqiyah sands. It is an amazing camp, with great food, a friendly staff and a big room.

Safari Dunes is a permanent camp located 8 km away from the base safari desert camp. It is a small camp with 5 tents located on the top of the dunes.

Each tent comes with authentic carpets,luxury beds and bedding. A well equipped sanitary building with toilet and shower is also attached to every tent. Perfect spot to enjoy peace and beauty of the desert. Bungalow was comfortable, with a bath tub and big bed. Food was very delicious. Only cost of driving to the spot and back is a bit expensive - more than 80€. But all in all perfect experience.

Desert Wonders Camp is situated on Eastern Sands that stretches from Eastern Hajars to the Arabian Sea. Lit by lanterns, the camp offers Bedouin-style accommodation with tents. The camp is Eco friendly and only uses solar systems. Amazing stay in the desert, everything was perfect

A good location for a relaxing stay in Bidiyah, Milky Way Domes is a campground surrounded by views of the garden. The property features a garden, barbecue facilities and parking on-site among other facilities. The property was built in 2023 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a ski equipment rental service is also available. Location is best and driving experience to reach property is also good.

Situated in Al Wāşil, Delight Desert Camp offers accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The campground features mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Activities: dune bashing, camel ride, dinner in the dunes Our host was so friendly and really good to talk to. Amazing hospitality! To experience the desert was a highlight of our trip!

The nearest airport is Muscat International Airport, 187 km from SAMA Al Areesh Camp. Everything was perfect. I cannot recommend more this place. The food was better cooked than in many restaurants and the plates were very generous. The personnel was so kind and available, they make sure that you have the best stay possible. The location is very accessible with car without a 4×4. The main road going through the desert is in front of the hotel so you just have to park your car-no need for pick up by 4x4. The room was also amazing, very clean and big and the shower was great. If you are looking for a place to stay in the desert which is easily accessible, and in which you want to make sure that you stay will be memorable, I fully recommend this place. Many thanks to the great team and the cook for the great quality of the food.

Sama Al Wasil Desert Camp is located in Shāhiq and offers a restaurant buffet. It includes table tennis and darts.

The accommodation will provide you with a seating area. Private bathroom also comes with free toiletries. Extras include a desk, bed linen and a fan. The atmosphere was amazing , during dinner there was a local band playing local music . The outdoor cinema was super cosy, the food was delicious, the interior of the rooms and public areas are very homey … we loved it here

Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the campground and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Sands Dream Tourism Camp has a children's playground and a picnic area. It was a very fun experience in the desert, despite the fact that the sandstorm started. The tent is spacious, tidy, the bedding is clean. The hosts are wonderful, agreed, told about the desert. They were very nice and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were very nice. we made a bonfire in the evening. I recommend it. Getting to the tents is not difficult.
