We loved staying at AfriCamps Addo. The view was amazing and the tents were really large and comfortable. Equipment for cooking and braai were all there. It was just an overall great experience to stay at an accommodation like this.

49 km from Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, Longhill Lodge is a recently renovated property set in Addo and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The property is amazing, really spacious, cleaned everyday to a high standard. It has an amazing outdoor area with a Braai which we enjoyed using. It’s a great base location to visit Addo Elephant park which is an hour away. The lodge is secluded and you feel totally immersed in the beautiful surroundings, we walked in the mornings, saw lots of animals especially at night on the way back to the lodge. Safari’s are also available but we did these in Amakhala so just relaxed in the afternoons. There are a few nice restaurants in the local town if you want to eat out, if not the local spar is good. We had the best time at Lupus. We were with our ten months old daughter and Priscilla made her best to find all the stuff we needed. She is really nice, helpful (we had two flat tires and she helps us fix it within the hour) and she makes you feel at home. There is a nice garden with a swimming pool and the house is really cosy. 30 mn from Addo Park so really convenaient too. I would recommend to have diner there : Priscilla cooks herself and it’s really good, very fresh from the garden. It was the best food we had since we arrived in the country. We would definetely be back !
