Great stay at Dawn Homestay - comfortable room, enjoyed the family dinners (extra cost) and the host (Tutu and her family) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Phong Nha Magic Fingers Homestay and Spa offers spa facilities and wellness packages, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Phong Nha. We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Set in Dong Hoi, Lena Homestay & Villa offers beachfront accommodation 1.3 km from Nhat Le Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden and a shared lounge. Everything about Lena Homestay was great. Easy check-in. Clean room. Good hot shower and air conditioning. We even had parking available for free. It’s close to the riverfront and there are many good restaurants literally steps away from the front entrance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Dong Hoi area.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Phong Nha, The Hill Villas is a homestay surrounded by views of the lake. The owner was very helpful, picked us up from the morning bus at 4am and offered to drive us to the centre multiple times. Breakfast was also great. He was also helpful when booking cave tours and bus to our next destination. We also could take a shower before leaving for our night bus. The location was quiet with amazing sounds of the jungle in the evening. It was a bit further from the city centre and restaurants, but this was no problem as the owner always offered to drive us.

Featuring city views, Phong Nha Memory Homestay in Phong Nha features accommodation, an indoor pool, free bikes, a garden, a bar and barbecue facilities. Great location with amazing views of the river. We loved our room in a wooden cabin style.

Located in Phong Nha in the Quang Binh region, Phong Nha Tuan Garden House features accommodation with access to a public bath. Excellent little home stay with lovely rooms and Hung does everything he can to make sure your stay is a good as possible. He picked us up and dropped us off at the station and recommended his favourite tours and sights for our time in Phong Nha. The family dinners are also lovely (with free happy water) and are a great way to meet other travellers. Good vibes.

Phong Nha Green Homestay in Phong Nha provides accommodation with a bar and a shared lounge. This homestay has a rooftop pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Great value for money, pool was great, very friendly and helpful hosts with good breakfast!

Beautiful stay in Phong Nha when we came to visit the national park and caves. The room was clean and comfortable and all the family were so sweet. The weather was very wet before we arrived so the hosts informed us only one cave would be open but they organised our tour and transport to Hue the next day. Breakfast was really tasty and they also did our laundry so fast within 10 hours and it smelt amazing!

Set in Phong Nha, Son River Homestay offers accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. This is a fairly new property. The room was big and had all the necessary amenities. Had booked for a night but ended up extending 2 more nights. The host is friendly. They also let us use bicycles for free which was great to get to the other side of town. We booked our Ruc Mon cave tour with the host's sister and it was good value for money. They also helped us arrange a bike during our stay and cab on our last day. The host came to pick us up from the bus station in the night and didn't charge for it. Definitely recommend this place.
