HISTORICAL JOHN RAST HOUSE circa 1875 er gistihús sem er til húsa í sögulegri byggingu í Roseburg, 17 km frá Wildlife Safari. Það státar af garði og garðútsýni. John Rast’s house - a place with history - excellent dive into American history, wonderfully preserved / restored house from 1875 with original interior; Cherri and Mike were wonderful hosts telling the story about the house and its original owners, but they were also sincerely interested in their guests and their background. Great breakfast made by Cherri and Mike, and despite the age of the house, the facilities like bathroom, plumbing and electricity were far above what you get in other hotels. Mike did a high-class job on the renovations which you rarely even find at a luxury resort! We regret that we only stayed for a night but will definitely come back when we get to Oregon again. By the way - Oregon is my new must go destination! Totally underestimated, with so much to see, it doesn’t fit into a single week of vacation.

Rachel and Dale were fantastic hosts! The lodge is just a magical place, you must see the waterfall, it's fairy grotto heaven! The room was spectacularly well-appointed, and the breakfast and the other guests were wonderful. The three dogs are really friendly and so is the cat! The frog chorus was a surprise but not intrusive, even next door's cockerel was well-mannered and waited till nearly 7 before announcing his presence. If you read a negative review of this place that person has no soul and should be confined to staying in Days Inns!

Amazing hosts who encouraged a wonderful discussion at breakfast. I felt like we were all friends within minutes. Our host stayed up very late to welcome us as well. Overall a great experience.

Located in Bay City, Sheltered Nook On Tillamook Bay is a short 5-minute walk from Tillamook Bay. Free WiFi access is featured at this tiny home village. The unit was larger than I expected a "tiny house" to be! Plenty of space to relax with TV, fix breakfast. eat, and sleep Comfortable furnishings. Though we didn't have time to use them, the outdoor amenities (chairs, fire pit) were a bonus. Easy check-in and great responsiveness.
