Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. It was a lovely house, very clean and the room was great!

It was beautifully presented with comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast, consisting of fruit, toast, yoghurt and a mix of hot breakfast foods, such as sausage, bacon and eggs. The best two things about it were finding a place that had a proper inter-connecting family room with 3 beds and the hosts who were so lovely and really wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay. It was a 20 to 30 minute walk to the falls but there was also a bus which stops right outside.

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this B&B is just 2 minutes’ drive to Niagara Falls. A hot breakfast is served daily. Victorian-style rooms are equipped with cable TV. The room was big for 2 people. It was clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. The property is beautiful and within walking distance to the majestic falls. Breakfast is excellent wth pancakes, maple syrup, eggs, sausages, fruit, biscuits, jam and more. The owner is helpful and kind.

We arrived so late than we’re supposed to be, but welcomed so nicely and treated us so well with heavenly delicious light bites. So nice room status and perfect vibes. I strongly recommend you if you have plans to visit Canada to see the falls.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. We have never felt so welcomed and loved from a stranger 😆 as soon as we came through the door, we were meet by such warm greetings. We had the option to do a self check-in, but due to lack of reception, we completely missed that important email from our booking! No fault of the Susan's Villa, as all of the information was graciously explained at our arrival. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The walk was wonderful and Niagara Falls were close. Parking was included. The rooms were very nice and amenities were all in great condition! Alice and her husband were very kind and warm! This place was so clean, comfortable, and convenient that it was an absolute gem. 10/10 - would visit again!

It was like a little grandma cottage! Nice, clean and cozy. Decorations were so beautiful! Very soft bed and a big tasty breakfast. It was so cool to wake up in the morning in a quiet location without a crowd of tourists
