In my moment of panic, Ken came to the rescue. He not only woke me up but also personally drove me to the airport, ensuring that I made it in time for my flight. I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude for Ken's exceptional kindness and assistance!

And all of this at a price, which is more than fair. We were truly impressed of what Sandra and Frank have established and can only congratulate them to this beautiful ranch.
