The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and although we didn't use the facilities, there was a warm and welcoming dining space downstairs. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed, using WhatsApp and Google Translate to communicate with us both before our arrival and during check-in - although we didn't expect this, it was hugely appreciated!

The whole process from check in to check out was fuss free! The minsu is new and clean. Enjoyed my stay - bed was super comfortable and I love the shampoo and conditioner so much! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We left our rented portable charger cable and she helped us mail it back to Taipei. Value for money and would definitely recommend!

We appreciate it! When we finished the tour they gave us Hualien souvenirs! Thanks for the Comfy house and everything, We have a wonderful memory here. Looking forward to going there again!

Perfect location for access to Hualien downtown. The proprietor was exceptionally helpful. I arrived for Chinese New Year, so the city was very crowded. By scooter, he personally scouted around the neighborhood for me to find car parking. The room itself was well kept and comfortable.
