Proprietarul ne-a sugerat ca micul dejun poate fi servit contra sumei de 50 lire, la hotelul alăturat. A fost ok, raportat la pret! Recomand cu încredere, as reveni cu drag!

From the moment I arrived via a shuttle which was arranged by the hotel, I was made to feel very welcome. Ali, his family, and all the staff were always smiling and very helpful in arranging tours and taxis. I was initially greeted by Ali with a cup of Turkish coffee while I was being checked in. Mart, the young fellow at reception was also exceptionally helpful. As a solo female traveller I appreciated how safe I felt not just in the hotel, but also in the surround village of Avanos. My room was simply beautiful and very clean. When I opened my drapes in the early morning I was greeted with the site of hot air balloons filling the sky. And don’t get my started on the breakfasts! This is not a time to count calories! Ali’s wife and daughter prepared the most delicious breakfasts. I usually wasn’t hungry again until mid afternoon. And the day I was leaving to catch an early flight to Istanbul they even made me a full breakfast at 6:15 a.m.! I was truly spoiled. What made my experience even more special was also the honesty and friendliness of the local people I encountered. I accidentally gave a taxi that drove me back from Goreme to Avanos 60 euros instead of Turkish lira. Ali, knocked on my day later that day to say the taxi driver came back to the hotel to exchange the money as he realized I must of made a mistake as the currencies are kind of similar. Where does that happen! And if you get a chance I highly recommend eating at the “Old Turkish House”, which is very close to the hotel. The food is reasonably priced, very tasty and the owner and wife very welcoming. I hope to return to Cappadocia one day, and if so, will stay at the “Underground Cave Suites Hotel”.

It’s a very cozy and comfortable boutique hotel. Everything is high quality and very well designed. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Don’t miss watching the balloons in early morning which is fascinating. The view of castle and balloons are unforgettable.

The staff was very attentive from the moment we arrived to our departure. We received both early check-in and late check-out without any issues (probably because it was low season). The staff looked after our dietary needs at breakfast and cooked us custom dishes when needed. The location is near the city center so it's not loud but yet accessible to everything by walking to ATMs, the bus terminal, shopping district, restaurants and beautiful views of the valley! There are lots of unique restaurants nearby with excellent ratings and uniquely local menus. The room/cave was beautiful! It is extremely spacious with a really comfortable bed and furniture. The bathroom was huge with beautiful bathtub as well as shower that felt modern but yet quaint and cavernous. Probably the best stay out of the hundreds of hotel stays I've had in my life.

Locatia este excelenta din toate punctele de vedere. Terasa este top. Personalul foarte amabil. Am rezervat zborul cu balonul prin intermediul lor la pretul de 230 euro/persoana. Micul dejun variat si gustos. Au locuri de parcare pentru cei care vin cu masina proprie.
