The staff was very attentive from the moment we arrived to our departure. We received both early check-in and late check-out without any issues (probably because it was low season). The staff looked after our dietary needs at breakfast and cooked us custom dishes when needed. The location is near the city center so it's not loud but yet accessible to everything by walking to ATMs, the bus terminal, shopping district, restaurants and beautiful views of the valley! There are lots of unique restaurants nearby with excellent ratings and uniquely local menus. The room/cave was beautiful! It is extremely spacious with a really comfortable bed and furniture. The bathroom was huge with beautiful bathtub as well as shower that felt modern but yet quaint and cavernous. Probably the best stay out of the hundreds of hotel stays I've had in my life.

Hotel location is superb, hot air balloons came so closed and sometimes fly over our balcony and we could say hi to the people in the hot air balloons. We are glad that we chose this hotel and that specific room. it was an unforgettable experience.

It's tucked away from the road in a stunning, quiet location with beautiful views. The proprietors and their staff are warm, friendly, and helpful in every way. I arrived with a sore back and they gave me soothing gel, offered to take me for a massage, and upgraded my room. The food is amazing - the owner is a great cook, and offers all sorts of special pastries or dinner dishes on request (or just because). Best of all is the decor. The rooms are simply but finely decorated, everything in perfect taste, and the bathrooms are among the best I've ever seen (I heard other guests saying so too!), especially the different shower options after long days of hiking.
