The apartments have everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and in all rooms. Christina is very friendly and hospitable. She was always ready to help in anything, and surprised us with pleasant surprises. We experience different parts of the island, and this part of the island is the best to live in. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Georgette beach is 5 minutes by car, Lazio is a little longer. A couple of large and very cute Seychelles tortoises live in the backyard of the apartments, they love broccoli😋)) We enjoyed everything and will be happy to stay here next time as well. The proximity of the beach is just awesome, a few meters. We did many beaches around these islands, and Anse Lazio is one of the best. It is also close to Anse Georgette which is a nice beach to visit before leaving Praslin. Madam Chantal, the owner is very nice and reactive to any need of its guests. I highly recommend this place.

Everything. Nicole is the owner and is super friendly and approachable. She made our stay much better. The property faces the sea and there’s Fond Ferdinand 15 min walk away (uphill) or 5 min if you’re driving. We ordered dinner and breakfast and the food was just amazing. The staff is very friendly also. Special thanks to Nicole for preparing a birthday cake on a last notice the night before. It’s touching to meet such great people. My next stay in Seychelles will be at sea splash for sure.

Property is really nice, modern, clean and spacious..bed is super comfortable, and patio is really cute overlooking a garden(apartment has everything you need)..it's really close to restaurants, shops, bus station and beach. Hosts are most amazing and they went over and beyond to help organise everything..they even left a birthday present for my boyfriend..we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and if we ever go back we will definitely stay there again.. I would 100% recommend this place.!

There's a yard with sun chairs, shade and nearby access to the sea. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless. The building has the most wonderful property manager (Karen), who goes the extra mile to make your stay effortless and pleasant.

Location is perfect if you prefer quiet place with beautiful empty beach less than 100 meters from veranda. 3 time daily you will hear small airplane from nearby “airport”. Bus stop, liquor store, fast food or groceries is 1 minute by walk. Young lady Nathaniera takes car of this business and she makes it perfectly. She can arrange anything you need and she is very nice and helpful. Also she can cook for you, what we can strongly recommend.
