The staff in this hotel are very welcoming and hospitable. The receptionist was an amazing guy. I checked in early and he was very accommodating for me and my family. There is a free underground parking inside the hotel which is safe and super nice. The location is nice and close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Also very close to other shopping malls. The size of our suite was very nice and it was well furnished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family in this place. Everything is really good. I just wish if they had a washing machine in their units that would have made it perfect. Just a suggestion for improvement. Some updates to the appliances would be great as well.

It felt very cozy and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The location isn’t far away from downtown Jeddah. The place is exceptionally clean and well equipped with all the essentials.

In the Al Shatiea district of Jeddah, close to Red Sea Mall, Almasarat Tower Sea View features pool with a view and a washing machine. I enjoyed it very much, It was a very nice apartment with a nice view of the sea, shops are close by. And of course the very great friendly host hamza helped me whenever I needed something. If I pass by again Jeddah I will for sure come back.
