Service was second to none, you could tell the staff were very experienced and professional, nothing was too much for them. The whole stay (a week) has exceded my expectations by far. Special shout out to Gordan the massage specialist - the man does magic!

The house is super clean and nice, hosts are very helpful and kind. It's a quiet place surrounded by trees and grass less than an hour drive from the center of Belgrade. I would recommend it to everyone that has the need for a little escape from the city hassle.

We had a perfect stay at Lipa house. The property has a very good location, provides a magnificent view from the hill. Interior and inner space is very modern and functional. There is quite spacious living room and 2 bedrooms, which makes it perfect for holidays with children. Bathroom is also well equipped and provides everything one needs. We stayed during winter time and noticed that floor heating provided very comfortable temperature all over the house - probably it is the best option for heating we ever experienced. During our visit to nearby Kosmaj it was foggy and the whole area looked very mysterious. It was a kind of Twin Peaks atmosphere there so we really adored it. I should say it exceeded our expectations probably because Serbia looked very different and mysterious that day.

The kitchen is handy and there seems to be a little something for everyone, video games, books, board games.

Close to the main road, but still private and secluded. Beautiful views, excellent outdoor space to enjoy the day with the family. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained while the grown-ups do the cooking in a well-equipped kitchen and barbecuing on a large grill. After that, share a meal together in one of several areas with plenty of tables and chairs for even a larger group.
