In fact, we only used the indoor shower once during our stay.To preserve our modesty, the heights of the walls and fences around the property have been carefully designed to ensure privacy. It is right a the beginning of the Canalisation des Orangers which goes to Mafate. The views from this route are astoundingly beautiful, but it took me the whole day to go there and back (and I woke up at 5!). You don't need to go all the way to Mafate though and you will still get a gorgeous walk. When you are back the Jacuzzi will be waiting for you.

They gave great hints about activities, popular areas and good places to eat. Unfortunately, we don't speak French which is a real handicap on La Réunion, but Carine helped us and organized a taxi to the Cirque de Mafate. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and all your help! I hope we come back one day!
