He let me use the bike, which made moving around the town much easier. Also, he took me to the bus stop to help catch the last bus for the day. The place was basic, but very clean. It's located very close to La India Dormida Trail.

Located in Valle de Anton, 45 km from Santa Clara, Casa Grimaldo provides a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Casa Grimaldo is a perfect stay in El Valle, the place is very well maintained and the gardens around are gorgeous and very photogenic (even more so when everything is lit up at night). It is a wonderful little romantic getaway. Staff is very forward coming, friendly and serves you well. Accommodation is perfect sized, everything is working as expected and the balcony with hammocks overviewing the garden is breathtaking. My only pet peeve would be the shower head which was spraying water all over the place and in combination with the shower door not very well insulated it made our bathroom into a little pool. :)

Set in Valle de Anton, 46 km from Santa Clara, DondeJosé offers free bikes and free WiFi. Everything was great! The hosts were super nice, friendly and helpfull! Even if we dont speak spanish at all, we understood each other somehow. :) The location is also great, close to the bus station and all trails. The room is big enough, clean. You can also use the kitchen there. 100% recomended, thank you! :)
