Rashid Desert Private Camp encontra-se em Badīyah e providencia um terraço e comodidades para churrascos. O alojamento apresenta estacionamento privado gratuito e uma cozinha partilhada. I had this place and a couple others camps down to the wire, on which place I should stay at, in the end I chose this place. Once experiencing it I was happy with my decision. You get a more private experience at this place compared to others as there are are less tents and people, this goes a long way and you won't see this in the description or know this until you are there. Rashid goes out of his way to make your stay very enjoyable, like a true Omani. The other bonus that this place has over others is that its at the top of some of the highest dunes you can stay at; which is good because their is less dune climbing for you. PLUS driving up to the tents is so much fun in the rental (its not hard, just keep your momentum). Dune bashing was amazing and same with the camel ride. Thanks again Rashid.

Nomadic Desert Camp situa-se em Al Wāşil. O alojamento encontra-se num edifício que data de 1998 e dispõe de estacionamento privado gratuito. The camp is located not too close from the nearest village, offering an immersive desert experience. The tents are spacious, clean and nicely decorated and so is the dining area. The staff is helpful, kind and efficient and agreeing pick up was really easy. The buffet was generous with a good and tasty selection of food. The camp offers activities like camel riding and dune safari. We enjoyed both very much. The greatest plus of this camp is that, compared to other structures who might have more of a hotel feel, gives the travellers a authentic and close to nature experience. We would go back and we will recommend it to family and friends.

Sultan Private Desert Camp encontra-se em Badīyah. Este alojamento dispõe de um terraço e estacionamento privado gratuito. Toalhas e roupa de cama são providenciadas nesta tenda de luxo. Everything! First of all we were completely alone in the middle of the beautiful omani desert: a unique experience! We loved the authenticity of the structure and of its owner, Humied (and the camels of course, the real bosses there). He is a very entertaining host: we ate together both at dinner and breakfast and we had the opportunity to talk a lot about Oman and its culture and traditions. The tent, the linens, the private external toilet were all very clean! PS: Unexpectedly, there was some sand in the tent, next time please provide us with a broom Humied 😉just joking of course 😜

Sunrise Desert Local Private Camp situa-se em Badīyah e providencia um terraço. O alojamento apresenta jardim e estacionamento privado gratuito. The camp was just right. Comfy tents and beds (on platforms), good food. Most importantly, it was quiet: far enough from other camps and city, only four tents in camp I think. So the desert night was quiet and perfect for star-gazing. This alone deserves their high reviews. But on top of that, Mr. Ali and his staff saved me with car trouble. Somehow, I lost my rental car keys... They helped me look everywhere. I was kicking myself and preparing myself for a delay of one or two days. But Mr. Ali located a car mechanic, and the mechanic made a new key (!) for a very reasonable price. I was back on the road in 90 minutes.

Crescent Desert Private Camp localiza-se em Shāhiq e providencia um terraço. Estacionamento privado gratuito está disponível no alojamento. The camp is on top of a sand dune and has amazing views. You can even enjoy the view on a swing. Very comfortable beds!

Ras Al Hadd Orchid encontra-se a 2,2 km de Praia Al Hadd e dispõe de um jardim, um salão partilhado e acomodações com ar condicionado, pátio e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. It was a beautiful experience at Orchid Guest house, friendly staff, Lovely Owner and amazing vibe and energy. Highly recommended especially for guests that have furry friends with them. will be visiting soon definitely :)

Hamood desert local camp situa-se em Al Wāşil, na região de Al Sharqiyah, e tem uma varanda e vista da montanha. Este alojamento dispõe de um terraço e estacionamento privado gratuito. Super friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Many activities for adults and children. After a long day got excellent sleep in the rooms. Food was excellent. Recommend everybody to stay in Hamood desert camp

Located 50 km from Wadi Bin Khalid, SAFARI-Glamping offers accommodation in Bidiyah-20 kms inside the desert from the village Al Hawaiyah. The camp is great. There are only two tents and you can rent the whole thing for yourself. We really got the experience of being out in the desert alone. The facilities are excellent with a good bathroom and shower and nice bed (no A/C). The tents are in the traditional style as is the dining tent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth waking up for sunset.
