The interior design and utensils are the perfect amount and the decoration is tasteful. The host is a very friendly cool guy, great musician as well :D Thank you, Leif, for the ride around the island, the jamm session and the great time!

The entire house is clean and comfortable, and the living and dining areas are very spacious. The room is decorated in a warm and cozy manner, exceeding my expectations. If I come to Senja again, I will definitely book here again.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in February and we could not have asked for a more tranquil and picturesque village. The apartment was super warm, cozy, and dry despite the wet, cold weather, and the rooms were made up beautifully. The place is incredibly large and spacious with all the linens and toiletries we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large table was the perfect space to eat dinner while looking out on the sea. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. We definitely look forward to coming back again!

I wish I could have stayed there for a month. It is perfect, beautiful, quiet and Wenche is an amazing host and a great cook.

We have travelled and stayed in hosts houses worldwide and I can safely say that there is none other that we've encountered who is more genuine, friendly, caring and truly loved what he does. He shared food and stories with us and the only thing we regret is that we only spent one night at Elvestua out of our 10 days in Norway. We will definitely plan to come back to experience the Northern Lights here and more importantly, to catch up with Tommy. A host who has become a friend in less than 24 hours!
