We have been to quite a few cabins by now, but this was my favorite. The cabin has a warm, peacefull and simpleness sensation. It eas unlike anything I have never seen. We loved it!

Skjeggestad Gjestehus ligger i Ringebu, og har et boblebad. Overnattingsstedet ligger 43 km fra Otta, og har klimaanlegg, gratis WiFi og privat parkering på stedet. Very cosy and well maintained house from 1860 (!) with all necessary amenities. Owners live nearby and gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the property. Highly recommended!

Don’t forget to sign up for the set menu evening meal of delicious local produce. It was fantastic. We also recommend booking the sauna on the beach,we did it before breakfast. A great way to start the day before a few hours on the motorbike.

Great place to explore the region. The husky pups are adorable, our girls had a great time. The apartment is very nice, new and spacious.

I do like the style of the cabin, inside and outside, bathroom and sink inside the cabin was really good to have it so we are really happy with it.
