To clarify: We have visited several other islands in the Maldives, the Seychelles, Mauritius, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, the Caribbean and Australia - to mention some! We also find it much more interesting to visit a local island than to stay at an artificially created “bubble” at a resort. Three Hearts Guesthouse offers absolutely delicious meals from many parts of the world that all taste wonderful, including lovely Maldivian dishes!! The vegetarian and vegan options are all excellent and highly recommendable. The guesthouse has a well kept lounge area and the outdoor area is decorated with tropical plants. In addition Three hearts offers books to read in several languages, toys and games. Guests can also enjoy the relaxing hammock under the palm trees by the water a few steps from the guesthouse. Additionally there is a great place to sit and chat amongst more palm trees with the charming Maldivian seating in a refreshing spot next to the guesthouse. The atmosphere is friendly and homie thanks to the superb and caring hosts Elvira and Simbe. They offer exquisite tours with friendly local guides with years of experience. The guides know exactly how and where to go to give you the best and most beautiful experiences! We saw dolphins and mantas and countless turtles close up. Totally harmless sharks were also fascinating to see:) On top of this you can borrow snorkeling equipment free of charge at Three Hearts. The snorkeling in the area is fabulous - the best we have experienced after visiting more than 100 countries! The rooms are spacious, clean and perfectly well kept every day and beds are very comfortable. We also very much appreciated the fact that Three hearts is aware of the challenge concerning garbage coming in from the ocean: they offer a refreshing, homemade lemonade if you participate in taking responsibility of cleaning up certain areas of the island!

The stay in Tropical Tree Guesthouse definitely made our holidays in Maldives. The treatment & highly professional way of interacting with the guests is phenomenal, and deserves all the praise. The guesthouse staff demonstrated a great level of enthusiasm and hospitality. (Despite of rather small size of the lodge and lack of any luxury). Very well done! The excursions offered by the hotel (we booked 2x fishing tours and snorkeling) were simply amazing (especially the fishing tours). It was different from any other plain vanilla „commercial“ tours we previously met other countries. The tours are being performed with high level of enthusiasm and efforts of the guides. We definitely recommend to visit the wonderful island and especially this hotel to everyone, who is willing to explore the „Real“- Maldives.

Stunning experience!! - The Vila: everything is as you see in the pictures or even better. The house was designed taking into account every detail for your comfort. - The staff: they are always ready to help you when needed. They prepared for us a very tasty Maldivian breakfast, we did amazing excursions and they even gift us with snorkelling excursion for free. - The island: amazing local island, the best in Maldives. One of the best beaches I’ve ever seen. You must go to Innafushi (“picnic island”). All in all, 10 out of 10 in my opinion, you’ll not regret!

This guesthouse was by far the highlight of my stay in Baa atoll! The staff make you feel like part of their family (thank you Husham) and give wonderful support in every need of your visit, like tours and transportation - everyone is very helpful and no request for assistance is ever a problem for them. Excellent food! Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio!!! Kendhoo is a cute little island - very colourful and well maintained. Locals are very friendly and welcoming. Loved my day trips to nearby picnic islands - a true castaway experience! Overall, a great experience - can't wait to come back again!

Ahiva is the best guesthouse for all my visits on local islands. Fresh rooms, clear, good style cafe design and chillout. Staff so friendly and welcome - it's really pleasant to communicate with them. Best price/quality rate on Fulhadhoo, everything like on photos.

Ubytovanie LVIS Village sa nachádza v destinácii Dharavandhoo niekoľko krokov od miesta Pláž Dharavandhoo Beach. Everything is SUPER, was a short stay. Loved everything, this guest house is operated together with LVIS beach property. I paid less since stay was at LVIS Village as this is a lower priced property having it located in the Village instead of being on the beach, but is just 30 seconds walk to bikini beach and beach front LVIS property where beach front restaurant, garden and sun loungers for all guests are located. Garden and Beach is excellent, I spent all the time on the beach and garden and used room just to sleep 😁 Food is exceptional, excursions are great. Best or all is warm hospitality, how genuine staff is, feel like home. This is a place to return

Ubytovanie MOONSHELL RESIDENCE sa nachádza v destinácii Atol Bá. Hostia tu majú k dispozícii záhradu, terasu a reštauráciu. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful place. Maalhos is a very cozy and cute island. Even though it was small, there was always something to do. The island has a kindergarten, school, hospital, mosque, several cafes, grocery stores and a souvenir shop. The locals are very friendly and smiling, it was interesting to observe their way of life. We really enjoyed our holiday at Moonshell Residence, it is a beautiful, modern hotel. Waheed, the owner of the hotel, took care of our transfer from the airport to the hotel. From the airport we were taken by taxi to Male, and then we took a fast boat all the way to Maalhos Island. Waheed greeted us very hospitably, offering us fresh chilled coconuts and cold towels, which was very nice after the journey, and in the meantime our luggage was delivered to our room. About the room itself - we got a room with a balcony. The room was very spacious, had everything you needed, I really liked the comfortable large bed, the bathroom was also large and comfortable. There were also different light sources in the room, which created coziness. The room's air conditioning system is well thought out - there is an air conditioner and a ceiling fan, thanks to which you can cool the room very quickly. In addition, we really liked the cleaning, it was very high quality, after cleaning the room smelled of aromatic oils. On the first day, Waheed gave us a tour of the island and showed us everything. On the second floor of the hotel there is an excellent restaurant “Rooftop by Moonshell“. All the food was very tasty, the restaurant staff were lovely and genuinely hospitable. We always placed incense sticks to repellent mosquitoes near the table. Waheed did a great job planning all the activities for his guests, he also taught my wife how to snorkel and accompanied me while snorkeling. Then we swam to different locations, looked at sharks, turtles and manta rays. We also booked a romantic dinner on the beach, it was magical!

Ubytovanie Island Zephyr sa nachádza v destinácii Atol Bá a hostia tu majú k dispozícii záhradu. Ostrov Goidhoo je skutočný raj na zemi. Island Zephyr sa o náš pobyt na tomto ostrove postaral veľmi dobre. V ubytovaní sme sa cítili ako doma, bolo tam príjemne, pokojne a zanechal v nás skvelý pocit z dovolenky. Veľmi radi sa vrátime znova.

Ubytovanie Palms Retreat sa nachádza pri mori v destinácii Fulhadhoo a hostia tu majú k dispozícii záhradu a terasu. Personál na mieste môže zabezpečiť kyvadlovú dopravu. We stayed at Palms Retreat for a week. First of all it's located on a beautiful island Fulhadhoo-not one of your typical resort island with hotel staff only but a small community of indigenous Maledivians going arround their daily lives. The hotel is brand new with well designed chillout zone at the ground level. We got a room with a view at the island-you could basically see it whole . The hosts and the stuff members went above and beyond to make our stay nice and flawless, also helped to arrange for transportation back and forth. Special appreciation for Aseel who beautifully arranged an awesome setup for our romantic dinner on the beach. Food at the restaurant is also worth mentioning-it's Thai food mainly and it's tasty and authentic since the chef is a Thai. Overall I highly recommend Palms Reatreat for people who would like to experience the vibe of a small Maledivian island while having a nice accommodation and atmosphere.
