Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. Lovley people. Nice and warm welcome. Shaluka and his family made our stay. The master chef made sure that we had an awsome stay, cooked really good food for us every morgning/night, grilled fish to not forget! And really helpful with everything. Room was very clean and the whole place was well orginized :) Glad we choosed/found this place for our stay, close to safari. We will def come back next time we visit Sri Lanka :)

Featuring garden views, Blue Wild - Yala - Plastic Free & Sustainable in Tissamaharama offers accommodation, water sports facilities, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, an indoor pool and a... Really beautiful property set in a perfect location. s Spacious and comfy rooms, and the private swimming pool was really enjoyable. The staff team are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble, they’re always on hand to assist. Would also recommend eating in the restaurant, we enjoyed lunch and an evening meal there and was very good. Thank you for a great stay.

Featuring garden views, Tribe Yala - Luxury Camping offers accommodation with a garden, a bar and a shared lounge, around 12 km from Tissa Wewa. Everything is perfect at Tribe Yala. It is an incredible and unique glamping experience. The “tents” (it is more of a 5 star hotel suite) are clean, spacious, fully equipped (private wifi and AC) and comfortable. We also had a private jacuzzi. Besides, the food is exceptional (one of the best we have had in Sri Lanka). We did the one day safari and it was certainly one of our favorite days of our entire trip. You get to see many animals while being accompanied by a wildlife specialist (ours was Kusar and he is very knowledgeable and friendly). Staff from the hotel met us inside the national park to bring us a delicious Sri Lankan lunch. Finally, the staff of the hotel is amazing. Thank you Rua and Latchan for your friendliness and professionalism. We will come back for sure!

Located within less than 1 km of Tissa Wewa and 25 km of Bundala Bird Sanctuary in Tissamaharama, Tissa Rainbow Guest & Yala provides accommodation with seating area. The air conditioning worked well plus a strong ceiling fan. The room was clean as well and the host provided an adapter in the room. He also welcomed us with two fresh coconut waters and on the morning of our safari at 5am he was kind enough to make us coffee. On our last day he gave us fresh watermelon slices before checking out. We were also picked up and dropped off from the bus station by the host. Very helpful and kind. Would recommend

Offering a garden and lake view, Blue Sky Hotel Yala is located in Yala, 3 km from Tissa Wewa and 28 km from Bundala Bird Sanctuary. Nagy szoba, tisztaság. Korábban érkeztünk, a várakozás idejére hideg vízzel kedveskedtek. Szuper délutáni szafarit szerveztek nekünk jó áron, egyebek mellett leopárdot és elefántokat is láttunk, jó szívvel ajánlom, hogy a szafarit a szálláson keresztül vegyék igénybe. Pontos felvilágosítást kaptunk a Mirissaba közlekedő busz indulásáról (ezt külön megérdeklődték nekünk, amit nagyon értékeltünk) és a buszmegállóról. Reggeli a tetőteraszon, szép kilátás a környékre.

Our so far favourite place where we stayed! Great location, 30 min car ride from the Yala National Park. They organized a driver for the tour and prepared yummy take away breakfast for us! The staff was so helpful and kind, we especially liked manager Cassim who made sure that we felt really comfortable! We had two dinners and one breakfast and everything was really delicious, the place was clean and beds really comfortable. The room also has fan and AC - we don’t like AC but the silent fan ensured that we slept very well! The place has amazing views over the fields, beautiful garden, place to exercise, as I said, our favourite place so far!

Spread across 2 acres of lakefront property, Wild Lotus Yala is set in a quiet rural village close to Yala National Park. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff goes above and beyond thank you Justin & team). The room was massive, felt like a house - beautiful decorated and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous. We had the best safari driver - thank you Nelson! Food was delicious. Highly recommended!

Located just 2.5 km from Tissa Wewa, Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari provides accommodation in Tissamaharama with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a 24-hour front desk. My room was clean and spacious. But the best part of my stay was definitely the owner - funny and genuine. He took the time to show me the wildlife of his town and shared his love for birds with me. Definitely a highlight of my Sri Lanka experience.

Boasting lake views, Lake Face Cabana offers accommodation with balcony, around 4.5 km from Tissa Wewa. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Such a lovely family, a wonderful hut surrounded by nature and great food made with a lot of love and a view into the jungle and the lake :) a wonderful place to stay few days. i can really recommand this beautiful place. Enjoy! Thank you ❤️ I will definitly come back!

Featuring free WiFi, New Vilard Rest is set in Tissamaharama, 2 km from Tissa Wewa (Lake). Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom fitted with a bath. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property.... Very clean room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. The host was very welcoming and received us with wood apple juice. The room was exactly as described, with a good AC working perfectly and hot shower. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and enough to start the day. For the day with the safari, the host provided breakfast when getting back, which was very nice. The homemade dinner was very tasty and abundant. Also the host helped us to take the bus nearby the accommodation. Highly recommended if you go to Tissa and want a peaceful place to stay. The only minus could be that WiFi works well outside, in the room the signal is weak.
