This place exceed our expectation. It's simply beautiful, peaceful and hosts are great. We enjoyed our one night stay in the family room. They have a la carte menu with western dishes. Food was great, kids enjoyed the pasta. Also the pool is very nice and well maintained. It's the best place we stayed so far in Sri Lanka. And it's close to the beach, Yala national Park and so. Good location, good atmosphere, very nice hosts and good food. Totally recommended! Will come back for sure! Thank you!

I really loved the location in nature, the house was full of plants which made me feel like in a fairytale. The owner and his brother are just the kindest people ever. They were so helpful and nice, they even picked me up and dropped me at the bus stop.

Great host, peaceful location. Close to restaurants. Host was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to get a breakfast to take on our safari.

Small boutique hotel surrounded by paddy fields, other plantations and lovely garden. Very nice ambience to relax. The Staff was exceptional, very attentive and hospitable. Staff cooked very tasty authentic Sri Lankan meals. The internet worked great. A great experience overall. Will definitely visit again.

El Wild Lotus Yala ocupa una finca rural tranquila de casi 1 hectárea situada junto al parque nacional de Yala. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff goes above and beyond thank you Justin & team). The room was massive, felt like a house - beautiful decorated and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous. We had the best safari driver - thank you Nelson! Food was delicious. Highly recommended!

El Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari se encuentra en Tissamaharama, a 2,5 km de Tissa Wewa, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado gratuito y jardín. The guesthouse was very clean and the room had the air conditioner. The owner was incredibly nice with us, when we arrived it was very hot and he gave us a delicious king coconut to drink. He brang us to have a bird watching at the evening in a beautiful area and he arranged for us the safari in Yala the next day. I highly recommend this place!

El Lake Face Cabana se encuentra en Tissamaharama, a 5 km de Tissa Wewa, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamiento privado gratuito y jardín. We loved this place, we were greeted with beautiful smiles from all in this little family. This is a very basic family run hotel, but it is placed right at the lakeside, you can watch birds from your veranda, and you will wake up to the sounds of nature in the early morning at sunrise. The food was tasty and gorgeous, and the little restaurant has only 2 tables, but the setting is shady and very beatiful. We had a whole day safari in Yala, the drivning was rough at times, but we saw very many animals including bear and leopard, and it was well worth the money. The tree house at the lakeside is a perfect location, and we hope to come back here again. Highly recommended!!!

El New Vilard Rest se encuentra en Tissamaharama, a 2 km del lago Tissa Wewa, y ofrece wifi gratis. Las habitaciones disponen de baño privado con bañera. La recepción está abierta las 24 horas. Very clean room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. The host was very welcoming and received us with wood apple juice. The room was exactly as described, with a good AC working perfectly and hot shower. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and enough to start the day. For the day with the safari, the host provided breakfast when getting back, which was very nice. The homemade dinner was very tasty and abundant. Also the host helped us to take the bus nearby the accommodation. Highly recommended if you go to Tissa and want a peaceful place to stay. The only minus could be that WiFi works well outside, in the room the signal is weak.
