You will not be disappointed. It is only 100 metres from NP entrance & lake edge. Magical entry is unique thru bush path that opens onto safari style forest huts in keeping with the secluded setting. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beds comfy with mosquito nets. Ensuite was spotless. The best part was our host Neehal! His limited English was more than made up for by his entusiasm & attention to detail. Were ate all meals on site and were exceptional provided by Sanjay.. Highly reccomended !!! Ask Neehal about our safari guide Bhashi from Visit Wilpattu - our no 1 experience in whole of Sri Lanka.

Super friendly owner, full of energy, always smiling and funny guy! Always keen to help in any situation! He also organise safari for you in the best conditions, breakfast and lunch included, good car and good driver. And the food was amazing, big buffet with local food, so tasty! Highly recommend this place, hope to come back one day!

Priya and his team couldn’t do enough for us and was so attentive with utmost understanding and kindness to our 22month old daughter. The food was fine dining at its best and kept making the chicken soup my daughter couldn’t get enough of. Priya’s knowledge of the wildlife in the park was great and again focusing on wildlife our daughter could see.

Get up close with wildlife and nature at Leopard Trails Wilpattu, a campsite with tents offering a private bathroom. The staff and service was what stands out the most, they do their best to ensure you are always safe and clean. It's on the expensive side but what you are paying for is the extensive knowledge of the guide on the safari which is missing in other places. We have both learnt a lot about different animals and behaviours on this safari and it's an experience that will stay with us forever

Obiekt Big Game - Wilpattu by Eco Team położony jest na granicy Parku Narodowego Wilpattu. Oferuje on przestronne namioty z łazienką oddzieloną przepierzeniem. The stay was really nice and all the staff were incredible! Dinner at bonfire, breakfast and lunch were really good: fresh and local food. Safari tour was also guided with a lot of knowledge and good eyes from our host. Really enjoyed the stay!

Really good location close to the national Park. We were originally supposed to stay in Green Sapphire but they let us down a few hours before we were due to arrive (seems they’ve done it a lot looking at the Google reviews), but the Mango Villa team had everything sorted even though we booked just a few hours earlier that day they were still able to organise 2 full day safaris for the following 2 days where we saw all sorts of great wildlife. Staff are all really friendly, especially the man who brings the food across in the evenings (unfortunately I don’t know his name). The food is good especially considering the remote location and nice packed lunches for the safari each day. Definitely the place to stay if you’re planning a Wilpattu safari!

Gentleman, unfortunately we didn’t catch his name, was supporting us throughout all stay. He arranged very tasty bbq and to go breakfast for safari. There are all amenities in this house.

It’s a nice home stay for the first two nights after I land in SriLanka.The host and his families are super friendly,they couldn’t speak English so it always nice to use translator to communicate. Nice locations to go to Wilpattu National Park,highly recommended
