We were a close family group of 7 persons in 3 rooms. You will not be disappointed. It is only 100 metres from NP entrance & lake edge. Magical entry is unique thru bush path that opens onto safari style forest huts in keeping with the secluded setting. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beds comfy with mosquito nets. Ensuite was spotless. The best part was our host Neehal! His limited English was more than made up for by his entusiasm & attention to detail. Were ate all meals on site and were exceptional provided by Sanjay.. Highly reccomended !!! Ask Neehal about our safari guide Bhashi from Visit Wilpattu - our no 1 experience in whole of Sri Lanka.

The homestay provided all the necessities for a pleasant night. Nicest host we’ve ever stayed with. Perfect place to stay overnight when visiting willpattu national park.

Staðsett í Wilpattu og með Kumbichchan Kulama Tank er í innan við 34 km fjarlægð. Priya and his team couldn’t do enough for us and was so attentive with utmost understanding and kindness to our 22month old daughter. The food was fine dining at its best and kept making the chicken soup my daughter couldn’t get enough of. Priya’s knowledge of the wildlife in the park was great and again focusing on wildlife our daughter could see.

Gestir geta notið dýralífs og náttúru á Leopard Trails Wilpattu, tjaldsvæði með tjöldum sem bjóða upp á sérbaðherbergi. The staff and service was what stands out the most, they do their best to ensure you are always safe and clean. It's on the expensive side but what you are paying for is the extensive knowledge of the guide on the safari which is missing in other places. We have both learnt a lot about different animals and behaviours on this safari and it's an experience that will stay with us forever

Big Game - Wilpattu by Eco Team er staðsett við landamæri Wilpattu-þjóðgarðsins og býður upp á rúmgóð tjöld með aðliggjandi, aðskildu baðherbergi. The stay was really nice and all the staff were incredible! Dinner at bonfire, breakfast and lunch were really good: fresh and local food. Safari tour was also guided with a lot of knowledge and good eyes from our host. Really enjoyed the stay!

Really good location close to the national Park. We were originally supposed to stay in Green Sapphire but they let us down a few hours before we were due to arrive (seems they’ve done it a lot looking at the Google reviews), but the Mango Villa team had everything sorted even though we booked just a few hours earlier that day they were still able to organise 2 full day safaris for the following 2 days where we saw all sorts of great wildlife. Staff are all really friendly, especially the man who brings the food across in the evenings (unfortunately I don’t know his name). The food is good especially considering the remote location and nice packed lunches for the safari each day. Definitely the place to stay if you’re planning a Wilpattu safari!

Life of Leisure Wilpattu er staðsett í Pahala Maragahawewa og býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu og svölum. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd og ókeypis einkabílastæði. It’s clean and very well maintained. Amazing service. Gentleman, unfortunately we didn’t catch his name, was supporting us throughout all stay. He arranged very tasty bbq and to go breakfast for safari. There are all amenities in this house.

Wilpattu Lakwin Guest er staðsett í Pahala Maragahawewa, í innan við 31 km fjarlægð frá Kumbichchan Kulama Tank og 32 km frá Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. The staff was very friendly and helped set up a safari. Make sure to ask about safari price including or excluding the national park fees. The dinner add on was very delicious!
