El Pearly's - Peaceful Retreat + Stunning Scenic View ofrece vistas al jardín y alojamiento con balcón y hervidor de agua a unos 27 km de Sri Dalada Maligawa. This was one of the best homestays I have experienced. The hosts are very friendly, and hospitality is superb. We received a very tasty homemade breakfast. The house is located very close to Matale town (about 1.5 km). The view from the balcony is amazing. Highly recommended.

The super friendly and very communicative owner gave good tips for hiking and showed us a nice waterfall nearby. Our highlight was that he organized a night-out in the village, showing us around the rice fields and the temple and serving us amazing local food in the village in the traditional way. If you are looking for a great local experience in the nature you came to the right place!

Banuka was very helpful and friendly! He and other staff members really made our stay so wonderful, thank you:) The location is extremely beautiful and the rooms and facilities are amazing knowing it is quite literally in the middle of forests! Very relaxing and nature-full stay:) highly recommend!!

Also we've been privileged to taste Dave’s Artisan Teas and experience the Tea making process. Beautiful surrounding with excellent misty weather. The Breakfast was exceptional. Sri Lankan favourite string hoppers and the Freshest fruits with Dave's homemade Marmalade and Jams. The best Curd I've ever had. Oh I love the coffee Dave offered!! Super clean rooms and awesome library room with lots of splendid books. Oh we miss Charley so badly.. adorable companion.. :) I would give my highest recommendation and I will definitely visit again! thank you David and the awesome team!

El Palapathwela Ross Estate Junction , The Inn at Matale" se encuentra en Matale y ofrece alojamiento cómodo tanto para viajeros locales como extranjeros. Lovely room in a well designed hotel. The hosts were warm-hearted and friendly and helpful. I can happily recommend this place for solo travelers or families alike.

Sarath and his family are the most welcoming and amiable hosts we had on our journey in Sri Lanka. The lodging is on top of a hill and inside a plantation so you are all surrounded by beautiful nature. As part of the plantation Sarath and his family are growing their own coffee and spices from which Sarath's wife cooked a most delicious breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Retreat very much and will never forget the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We can very much recommend a stay here.

El Hatale Tea Estate Cabaña se encuentra en medio de exuberantes plantaciones de té, a solo 1 km del Hatale Tea Centre. Es un sitio impresionante, entre montañas y plantas de te. Te sientes como en una película, en la era colonial. El personal del hotel es encantador y atento de cualquier alquiler cosa. La comida excelente. La visita a la factoría de te es muy interesante. Allí compramos varios kilos del mejor te a buen precio. Perfecto para perderse unos días y respirar naturaleza.

Se encuentra a 27 km del centro comercial Kandy City Center y ofrece terraza y estacionamiento privado gratuito.... Loved this place! Everything was perfect! A well preserved “walawwa”, quite comfy and spacious. Can easily accommodate large groups. Would recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a homely place to stay in!
