The view was perfect along with the effort she took to prepare an elaborate srilankan breakfast. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Galle must stay here. You get the amazing host, amazing room with a view and a private-ish beach to your self.

Hikkaduwa beach and Turtle beach, both with quiet sea without high waves good for snorkling, only few minutes with tuk-tuk.

They allow me in. Very close to train. The hotel owner gave great tips tourism spots. He provided faster router back to colombo by bus. Exquisitive ( delicious ) breakfast. The italian couple undertands Spanish, Portuguese and english. Lovely stayed . Wifi works

The family who runs Maple Place are so kind and thoughtful, lots of attention to detail. They allowed us to leave our bags early and even provided a cold drink while we waited for the room to be ready. The room was clean, exactly as pictured, always had hot water, and ac/fan worked excellently. Location on the main road was a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the beach or town. The breakfast was so delicious and had variety for our 3 night stay. Highly recommend we would definitely stay here again!
