Bra utgångspunkt för att utforska Norra Libanon. Lätt att hitta parkering. Stora rum. Bra frukost. Trevlig personal. Ganska segt internet men åtminstone bättre än hotellet jag hade i Beirut. Fin utsikt över havet. Varmvatten i kranen och AC. Inget elavbrott.

Was greeted by the super friendly fellow Aussie Blair , who met us outside the property to show us around. I loved the blackboard in the kitchen that has info on local takeaways and food/ restaurants in the area . This property is in close proximity to the famous Edde Sands Beach and bars . Also minutes drive from the old souk in Byblos which is also the home of the Wax Museum . The property has gusto and feels like Home, spacious and great for families as there’s 2 bedrooms and three toilets . Kitchen with a great view for us who cook with a glass or two! Plenty of comfortable sitting space . On Sunday you may hear the chimes of the church bells next door ❤️

We loved our holidays in Lebanon and La Maison des Sources definitively contributed to it. This boutique hotel is beautiful and comfortable with a bohemian flavour. Its location closed to the Shouf Biosphere Reserve is perfect. All members of staff were great, helpful and attentive. The cherry on the cake was the food…simply delicious! Home made meals with home made ingredients cooked by two talented cooks! Loved every bite.

Mory Guest House ligger i El Chouf, 60 km från Beirut. Här erbjuds en grill och utsikt över bergen. Vissa rum har en bekväm sitthörna. Vissa rum har en terrass eller balkong. Alla rum har eget badrum.... The house is lovely and the room and bathroom were very clean. The roads are twisty and a little hard to navigate, but we were only a five-minute walk from one beautiful hike and a thirty-minute drive from one of the entrances to the Shouf Preserve. When we arrived, the hosts gave us tea and cake on the balcony. We would have eaten all our meals out there if we could have, but it was a little chilly! They made us dinner and breakfast, both fantastic, with food from their own garden. They were very patient with me when I tried to speak Arabic. They were kind and attentive, and generous-- they gave us fresh fruit and homemade jam for the road! I'd definitely recommend this guesthouse.

The location of Beit Wadih is excellent. The place is only a short drive uphill from the main coastal highway, yet quiet and relaxing. The staff were very welcoming, and only a phone call away should you need anything outside of hours. The room was well laid out, and clean.
