Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Jinrae Lee's Traditional House offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Staying here was such a highlight - my favourite place we stayed on our trip to Korea. A beautiful historic house that was still comfortable and warm. Bathrooms are in a different building but that wasn't an issue as it wasn't raining and they are nice and modern. The host was lovely and prepared a small breakfast tray, and the room comes with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. If you have mobility issues, sitting on the floor and climbing into the rooms/ bathroom might be a bit difficult as the doors are essentially the size of a large window, but we found it part of the experience. I hope to stay here again one day!

Located 6.1 km from Suncheon Station, Forestel Meomul offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Such a wonderful place. Meomul is located about 1 km or si from the city. You can walk there along a nice river or take a bus (14) to the city where you can catch buses to almost everywhere. The hotel is in the middle of the trees and fresh air. Swan, the owner is a great host always full of kind attention. He is very helpful also for organizing your visits. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean and cater for what you need to do your own cooking if you want. Swan prepares a great breakfast too. Certainly the best place to stay in this city!

Damyang Flower & Hanok features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Damyang, 6.4 km from Korea Bamboo Museum. I had a perfect stay in the Hanok! The host is the kindest person who is dedicated to providing a smooth and pleasant stay. The host prepared a lovely breakfast consisting of various tasting plates and even dropped me off at my destination for the day. The room is exactly as pictured, the attention to detail of the host clearly shines through, as every corner of the room is a lovely sight.

Suncheon Bay Healing Pension is set in Suncheon, 4.3 km from Suncheonman Bay National Garden, 7.2 km from Suncheon Station, as well as 11 km from Booyoung Country Club. The location was great - bus stop very close by and a short walk to Suncheon Bay. The owner was very kind, and the room was spacious and clean. The heated floor (ondol) was a very welcome surprise and the pension was very quiet. Altogether we had a great night's sleep and would come back again!!

Located in Yeosu, 2.1 km from Manseongri Black Sand Beach and 6.1 km from Sky Tower, Private Mosageum offers air conditioning. The house is right in front of the beach! Amazing!!

Located in Yeosu, the recently renovated Ocean Top Marina provides accommodation 1 km from Ungcheon Beach Park and 5.5 km from Chonnam National University Guk-dong. The room was really nice and VERY comfortable! The photos on the site are true to life and even the view out the window is accurate! It was a nice view, comfy bed, very nice hosts that helped me immediately when my taxi had trouble finding the place. Having a kitchen was great because some nights I was just too tired to walk somewhere for dinner. Overall, a wonderful place! :)

Offering sea views, The Castle Ocean Marina Double Suite is an accommodation located in Yeosu, 1.6 km from Ungcheon Beach Park and 4.6 km from Chonnam National University Guk-dong. Very nice place in a smaller community with everything you need in walking distance. Right on the water with a park next store, supermarket close, lots of restaurants to chose from. Just remember this is a apt, not a hotel. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Excellent for kids.

Offering a bar and sea view, The castle ocean suite is situated in Yeosu, 1.4 km from Ungcheon Beach Park and 5.6 km from Chonnam National University Guk-dong. Magnificent and comfortable, and what a view! And the mattress was like a cloud! I would live here!

Comprising a private beach area and free bikes, Ocean Marina Suite View is a recently renovated accommodation in Yeosu set close to Ungcheon Beach Park. The place was immaculate and very cutely decorated. Easy self checkin as all codes etc was sent to us prior to our arrival. Plenty of free parking. No robes or onetime use slippers were provided so bring your own if you need them.
