Host: Host very passionate about his place. English is great. He is flexible so make sure you communicate what you want. Kind, respectful, well educated. Atmosphere: Quiet cosy homestay with some locals that enjoy a coffee too. Makes fruit for guests to enjoy, very nice! Knowledgeable about local experiences. Coffee shop area is lovely to relax in. Sofas are cosy, clean and comfortable. No shoes indoor no matter who you are. I love this rule. Facilities: Connection with local swimming pool is great. Coffee tastes great. Food was fantastic He prepared a nice dinner for us to enjoy with local Cambodian wine, and he ate with us, amazing!! 100/10 I like the how he supports local community and locals relax there too. He's looking to expand and have a whole experience including cooking class and working with local community. Support this business!

Arthur & Paul (Men Only Hotel) is the first gay hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia with its own tropical pool garden and spa. Offering modern, air-conditioned rooms, it also has a restaurant. Everything was perfect. Swimming pool, saunas, very big room, very comfortable bed, great massage, in the evening very crowded.

Season Residence is a self-catering accommodation located in Phnom Penh. Only 9 km from Phnom Penh International Airport, the property features spacious apartments with free Wi-Fi access. We are only a couple but the room was so spacious. The AC is cold and the bed comfy. We also had a living room.

So cute and was the perfect size. Felt like I was living among the locals and it was very safe. Also the host was awesome and so helpful in every way. She’s so kind and I’m glad to have met her!

Clean. The main room was fantastic. Staff very kind. Greeted and treated very well. My mum had a problem with her spectacles and the ladies spent a lot of time helping to fix them. When they couldnt do it it they organised somebody to take the glasses to an optics store to get fixed. They were delivered back to us within half an hour. No charge. It was very nice and very much appreciated. Good people.

Very nice place with an amazing city view and super friendly staff. All was clean and neat. There was everything for a comfortable living. Pet friendly – that was important for us, as we were traveling with our cat, which was very stressful after the long flight. Opposite the building is a very peaceful Vietnamese Embassy. Looks great, and calms down. It was a very quiet place to stay, which was very good for us. Same time – not so far from the city center and just a few minutes walk away from supermarkets, and cafes. By the way, there is a cozy café in the same building, owned and managed by the same people. Great concept. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Cleanliness, comfortable seating, appealing decor, and pleasant ambiance contribute to a positive overall impression of the hotel.

Stayed here for a month, the service was exceptional, had a couple of issues of my own (not related to the Residence), and the owner/staff helped me solve those really quickly! The facilities are great too. If you’re sensitive to noise, maybe ask for a higher floor and a single bedroom.
